What is a Sovereign Citizen

The term sovereign citizen is being misused for anyone who stands up for their rights. The definition of ‘sovereign citizen’ (from Blacks law dictionary) the sovereigns of house of representative of a body politic and the governor general of a specific corporation and in these matters the New Zealand crown.
