My name is Janine of House Arabella and Walters. Many threads of my life have led to this work: my love for Abba Father our Creator, my love for family and to protect the freedom of future generations, my professional background in occupational therapy, mental health, needs assessment, mediation, coaching, vocational and social rehabilitation, health-service development, business management, property development, building of homes, together with my work in community development and practical community problem-solving.
Across all of these areas I have been guided by one persistent question: can we find a better way—one that protects life and freedom, strengthens families, restores what has been harmed and helps communities live together in love, truth, responsibility and peace?
I wanted men and women to be free from unnecessary control and able to participate meaningfully in the life of their own communities. Leadership should serve rather than rule. Authority should carry responsibility. Justice should protect, hold wrongdoing accountable and seek restoration wherever possible. No man or woman should place themselves above another; when harm occurs, each must answer for their own actions through a fair and transparent process.
A full and complete lawful process has occurred where the heads of all government were challenged regarding no longer acting in the best interests of the people (anytime the word people is used it is referring to all men, women boys and girls living in New Zealand). The Crown in Right of New Zealand is actually a corporation and not the king of England. The whole world system is a corporate system where a corporations’ main purpose is to make money. On 19 July 2024 summary judgement was obtained against the Crown Government Corporations in the High Court of New Zealand. On that date the government owed back to the people around eight trillion dollars. At that time Nicola Willis was the finance minister and I offered to work in partnership with the New Zealand corporate government and invest this money back into New Zealand if they paid off the national debt and complied with 15 conditions that all benefited the people living here. Instead the money was stolen that day with none of the conditions honoured where the banks were actually shut down for the whole trading day to try and cover up the theft that day. Full details of this are provided in volumes 1 and 4. It was clear from that time they are no longer acting in the best interests of the people.
The most important factor that occurred on that day was that I held the lawful right to change to lawful jurisdiction of New Zealand back to under Almighty God and provided a further two months to the heads of government to do what is right before making a full public announcement and declaration on 19 September 2024 of this Jurisdiction change and gazetted on 23 September 2024 on publicnoticesnz.com. God made men and women, men and women made corporations. A corporation can never have control over a living man or woman. This is fact and truth, not pseudo legal and not sovereign citizen ideology. All corporate law is only over persons. A sovereign citizen is a person. A living man is neither a sovereign citizen or person.

Volume 1 records the statement of facts, standing and chronology of what has occurred that returned the lawful operational jurisdiction of New Zealand and the world return back to being under our Creator and away from corporate and admiralty or military rule.
Volume 2 presents the Constitution, governance framework and practical community model.
Volume 3 opens the biblical foundation and the Father’s heart of love where our Creators desire is first and foremost loving relationship with us.
Volume 4 is the evidential companion to the first three volumes. This volume brings together the primary documents, public records, legal research, financial material, notices, photographs, filing records and supporting authorities upon which the recorded conclusions and actions were based. courts under the Jurisdiction of Almighty God, the resulting insolvency records, the transfer and scheduling of assets into Janine and the People’s Irrevocable Trust, and demands for full audits and accounts.
I started a process firstly to hold those accountable for harm caused to me and my daughter with Health New Zealand when I discovered that the corporate and legal system was designed to avoid any liability of the big corporations and government. I saw a lot of injustice and decided that I would go the full distance to hold the big corporations and the officers that run them accountable for their actions with the goal to bring about change. I wished to work in partnership with them to bring about change for the good of all. Instead I discovered that the system was corrupt to its core so decided to challenge the whole system.
Of special significance while I was still grieving for the loss of my daughter the COVID-19 pandemic and vaccine mandates occurred that had a lot of parallels to what had happened to my daughter. My daughter had been placed under the Mental Health Act and forced to take a medication against her will which had serious negative side effects which ultimately led to her death. As the district health board and the courts and government officials didn’t want to have any liability they covered up lots of wrongful and neglectful actions. It was a horrific time that I wouldn’t wish to happen to any other individual or family, where the corporation involved was also my employer, so didn’t just harm me as a mother but also as an employee.
The investigation report into my daughter’s death came out about 2 weeks before the COVID-19 vaccine mandates were announced around 1 November 2021. I placed myself off work straight after receiving the results of the investigation, for at that time I had been placed in an open plan office with about 100 others including the teams who were involved in my daughter’s care. The environment no longer felt safe for me. For a couple of weeks I spent all my time researching all the laws that were changing while the country was supposedly in a state of emergency with the government holding full emergency powers to do so. Informed consent no longer existed and was not required for the vaccine or for euthanasia or for performing abortions. I started to get very concerned about the potential for horrific harm to start occurring.
Then the vaccine mandates were announced, and after my background in mental health plus firsthand experience with my daughter I saw clearly that the government was using emergency powers to place the whole country under the Mental Health Act to implement the mandates taking away freedom of choice. Since they took away freedom of choice they had to be held accountable for any harm that arose from their actions.
I was given the first vaccine death autopsy report for 26-year-old Rory Nairn and the Ministry of Health’s own report and data showing the vaccine wasn’t effective to prevent COVID-19. The government was actively promoting in the media that the vaccine was safe and effective when there was evidence that one of the risk factors is death and their own evidence showed it wasn’t effective.
I placed a liability notice with the evidence of the vaccine not being safe or effective to the CEO for the Bay of Plenty District Health Board (who from 1 July 2022 became Health New Zealand) that because they were promoting the vaccine to be safe and effective when the evidence clearly showed it wasn’t they would be liable for every death caused and every severe adverse reaction and for all loss of livelihood and any other harm caused by enforcing of the mandates with a one-million-dollar charge for harm placed for every man, woman, boy and girl living in New Zealand. This charge went all the way through to the High Court level unrebutted and undefended. The High Court at that time refused to process summary judgement which led to the second set of charges laid for turning man into person to make him a debt slave and make him liable for the government and council’s debt and poor spending. Another one-million-dollar charge was laid on behalf of every man, woman, boy and girl in New Zealand which again was undefended and unrebutted because all the evidence showed that this was true.
My purpose has always been remedy, restoration and accountability: to protect men, women, boys and girls; to return resources to the communities they were intended to serve; to end systems that profit from harm, debt and division; and to show that another way is possible. I believe we can unite and live in harmony when we agree to shared standards and values grounded in love for our Creator, love for our neighbour, doing no harm, truth, personal responsibility, forgiveness, restorative justice and peaceful win/win solutions.
Volume 2 shows the lawful establishment of the Kingdom of God and Jurisdiction of Almighty God, and that all men and women hold the lawful right to stand under the governance of their Creator. It also affirms that the Jurisdiction of God Almighty and the Kingdom of God is the highest jurisdiction above all others and is the best way to live if we wish to find a way to all unite and live in harmony. I created this volume from a deep conviction that governance should ultimately serve life. For many years I have observed systems of government, health, justice, commerce and community and asked a simple question: Can we do better? Can we create a way of living together where leadership is genuinely accountable, families are strengthened, communities have a meaningful voice, essential needs are protected, disputes are resolved fairly, resources are stewarded wisely, and the needs of all are met?
Everyone now has the ability to choose to stand under the governance of their Creator and live according to the values and principles of Love our Creator and Love our neighbour as ourself and do no harm.
Volume 2 and 3 holds the remedy and solution to have the country of New Zealand operating in such a way that it addresses all the needs of the people as well as protecting the land, the environment and our water and food supplies. To recognise the change of jurisdiction a flag and Constitution was created to recognise the jurisdiction of Almighty God and the Kingdom of God. A constitution has little value if its principles do not become visible in the way we actually live. For that reason, the latter parts of this volume move from foundation to practical application.
The Community Governance Framework shows how leadership can operate serving rather than ruling with transparency, participation, accountability and responsibility. The Community Operational Guidelines then ask what this would look like in everyday life: in justice, health, education, social care, housing, food, water, energy, employment, family life, mediation, community safety and the stewardship of resources.
Underlying the producing of these 4 volumes is my love for Abba Father, our Creator, and my desire to know His heart and His ways more deeply about how to genuinely love others.
Our Creator desires relationship. He desires His sons and daughters to know Him, to love one another, to protect life, care those in need, take responsibility for their actions, forgive, restore what has been harmed and learn to live together in peace.
The framework is built on the very simple foundation of the two greatest instructions on how to live plus how does that work in action: Love our Creator. Love our neighbour as ourselves. Do no harm. Take responsibility for our own actions. Treat others as we would wish to be treated. It is all about having a loving relationship with our Creator and each other. We are united by holding shared values. We do not need to think alike in order to care for one another. We can hold different beliefs and still protect one another’s freedom.
We can come from different backgrounds and still agree that honesty, fairness, compassion, responsibility, safety and respect matter. Leaders are to serve. Justice is to protect and restore. Freedom is accompanied by responsibility. Families and Communities are the heart of life. All resources that sustain life need to be protected. And when disagreements arise, we need to seek truth, understanding and peaceful win/win solutions rather than allowing conflict to divide us. What might our communities look like if governance began with service through love, justice sought restoration, leadership remained accountable, families were strengthened, communities participated in decisions affecting them, and our shared resources were stewarded for the wellbeing of present and future generations?
No framework will remove every disagreement or difficulty. Nor will written words alone create a healthy community. Ultimately, the character of any system will depend upon the character and actions of the men and women who participate in it. Our Creator’s desire is to help us develop our character being refined through love. That is why the most important work begins within each of us. To listen. To learn. To speak truth. To examine ourselves. To take responsibility. To forgive. To protect life. To help our neighbour. To stand against harm. To make things right when we can.
Our Creator has given each of us gifts that we have been entrusted to use for the benefit of others.
Living under the Kingdom of God our Loving Creator all men and women are equal.
Imagine a world where the currency is love and contribution, where we learn to love, forgive and thrive living together in harmony. This is achievable if we firstly get to know our Creator who is the source of love.
