Ledgering and True Bill:

The ledger and True Bill is based on Administrative Summary Judgement served to Nicola Willis on 19 July 2024 to act on in her capacity as the Minister of Finance on the behalf of the New Zealand central Government Crown Corporations and The Treasury where four bills were provided to her that same day converted into Bills of Exchange for her to act in the best interests of all men, women, boys and girls living here, and release approximately seven trillion, nine hundred and thirty-two billion new zealand dollars to the claimant with ten percent weekly penalty accruing interest occurring until this debt is settled in full. The main events leading up to that day and main events since are listed here as Statement of Facts that require a full audit report within ten calendar days upon first receipt or a full rebuttal point by point or all facts herein will be accepted fully and completely as truth in law and commerce and require acting upon to release of funds overdue to the claimant being Janine of the Royal House of Arabella and Walters or formal and public stand down of all officers and successor for the Claimant to take over the running of all corporations and their successors

STATEMENT OF FACTS

Summary Judgement at the High Court of New Zealand on 19 September 2024 placed the Jurisdiction of Land Sea Air and Everything else under Almighty God not only for New Zealand but the World

I, Janine of the House of Arabella and Walters declare all content in this Commercial Affidavit and Demand Notice for Full Audit and Account is complete and true to my firsthand knowledge and witness to these events with minimum of two witnesses of every fact and having proof of the facts and proof of receipt and service upon all parties involved:

I, Janine of the Royal House of Arabella and Walters who will refer to myself throughout the rest of this document as ‘Janine’ are formally notifying the listed parties being Nicola Willis, Iain Rennie and Grant Taylor as well as every corporation and entity you represent of theft of funds from four bills of exchange that were presented to Nicola Willis, Finance Manager New Zealand Government and on behalf The Treasury New Zealand on Friday 19^th day of July 2024 and claimed by Nicola Willis that same day where no payment received by the claimant into the claimant’s bank account. There were four banks involved in these claims – The Treasury, Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Kiwibank and ASB BANK. The parties as well as Nicola Willis involved are Caralee Mcliesh CEO of The Treasury at that time; Iain Rennie, The Treasury CFO; Steipo Jurkovich CEO Kiwibank; Paul Chambers CFO Kiwibank; Vittoria Shortt CEO ASB BANK; Carl Roy Ferguson CFO ASB Bank; Paul Goldsmith minister State Owned Enterprises (50/50 shareholder with Nicola Willis Finance minister in Kiwigroup Capital); Adrian Orr (previous governor Reserve Bank at the time); Neil Quigley board chair Reserve Bank at the time, chief executive officer Vanessa Balshaw Reserve Bank at the time; Christopher Luxon prime minister highly likely to be involved based on media announcement next working day 22 July 2024 appointing Lester Levy as commissioner to run Health New Zealand as direct response to the claimant Janine being lawfully in charge of Health New Zealand from 19 July 2024, see Exhibit B; and

That the debtors in paragraph one Nicola Willis, Caralee McLiesh, Steipo (Steven) Jurkovich, Vittoria Shortt, Carl Ferguson , Paul Goldsmith, Adrian Orr, Christopher Luxon and the corporations they act on behalf listed in paragraph 1 and 11 below failed to provide a rebuttal or defence or make payment or provide their insurance indemnity information, where they each had minimum of three opportunities to rebut or make payment or provide their indemnity insurance details or take remedy of stopping harm, see links on Exhibits E,F,H,L,M, AA and FF; and

That none of the debtors or defendants listed in paragraph 1 and 11 have recorded the debt owed in their annual financial return as listed on companies or their own website which is also a criminal offence and failure in fiduciary duty to investors, shareholders and the public; and

That I, Janine have agreed to provide Iain Rennie full immunity if he completes the full audit demand and reveals the full truth of who was involved and what happened with the four bills of exchange BOE-JHAW-01 and BOE-JHAW-02 and BOE-JHAW-03 and BOE-JHAW-01 presented to Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance on 19 July 2024 plus all other listed events that have occurred since then, see Exhibits B, N and O; and

That Nicola Willis, Finance Minister failed in her fiduciary duties to honour the terms of the bills of exchange resulting in substantial loss and harm to the Claimant and to all men, women, boys and girls living in the land commonly known as New Zealand or Aotearoa, and is fully liable for this with the only remedy available is taking full responsibility and becoming fiduciary to pay out full money owed with penalties to me, Janine the claimant as outlined in paragraph 20. It is noted that I, Janine the claimant hold the four original bills of exchange. Copies are attached as Exhibit B and N; and

I, Janine the true claimant and Principal demand a full audit as outlined in paragraphs 6 to 17 in this affidavit to have full written explanation of what happened to the stolen funds of the following 4 bill ledgers converted into bills of exchange on the day that ASB BANK and KIWIBANK were down for trading for the full day of the nineteenth day of July in the year of 2024:

6a. True Bill Ledger ASC-CLN-JNZ-JA-01 converted into a Bill of Exchange BOE-JHAW-01 dated 19 July 2024 for amount of $107,231,793.98NZ in word being one hundred and seven billion and ninety-four million, two hundred and thirty-one thousand, seven hundred and ninety-three dollars and ninety-eight cents due to the Claimant and Principal Janine to be paid immediately into Kiwibank account name House of Talia-Dawn Private Foundation with kiwibank account number 38-9024-0122732-00 where written on the bill is the following “the claimant and principal Janine has the lawful right to take over the running of the Corporation as the Commander of the ship/Corporation with immediate effect, in the event of non payment and non honouring of this Bill Of Exchange the claimant Janine has full lawful right to liquidate the corporation HEALTH NEW ZEALAND and any other Debtor Corporations and seize any assets until paid in full with ten percent accruing penalty interest added per week with the lawful right to go after parent and successor corporations until this debt is settled in full”, see Exhibit B and N; and

6b. True Bill Ledger ASC-ASB-JA-01 converted into a Bill of Exchange BOE-JHAW-02 dated 19 July 2024 for amount of $6,623,204,293.76NZD in words being six billion, six hundred and twenty-three million, two hundred and four thousand, two hundred and ninety-three new zealand dollars and seventy-five cents due to the Claimant and Principal Janine to be paid immediately into Kiwibank account name House of Talia-Dawn Private Foundation with kiwibank account number 38-9024-0122732-00 where written on the bottom of the bill is the following “And in the event of non payment and non honouring of this Bill Of Exchange the claimant Janine has full lawful right to liquidate and takeover ASB BANK and ASB HOLDINGS and seize all their assets and cancel all mortgages plus lawful right to liquidate or take over any other listed debtor corporation or their parent or successor corporations and add ten percent accruing penalty interest per week and seize any of their assets until this debt is paid out in full”, see Exhibit B and N; and

6c. True Bill Ledger ASC-WBOPDC-NOSJ-JA-01 converted into a Bill of Exchange BOE-JHAW-03 dated 19 July 2024 for amount of $1,273,182,215.75NZD in words being one billion, two hundred and seventy-three million, one hundred and eighty-two thousand, two hundred and fifteen new zealand dollars and seventy-five cents due to the Claimant and Principal Janine to be paid immediately into Kiwibank account name House of Talia-Dawn Private Foundation with kiwibank account number 38-9024-0122732-00 where written on the bottom of the bill is the following “And in the event of non payment and non honouring of this Bill Of Exchange the claimant Janine has full lawful right to liquidate or take over WESTERN BAY OF PLENTY DISTRICT COUNCIL and BOP LASS and seize all their assets plus lawful right to liquidate or take over any other listed debtor corporation or their parent or successor corporations and add ten percent accruing penalty interest per week and seize any of their assets until this debt is paid out in full”, see Exhibit B and N; and

6d. True Bill Ledger ASC-SH-HCNZ-JA-01 converted into a Bill of Exchange BOE-JHAW-04 dated 19 July 2024 for amount of seven trillion, eight hundred and sixteen billion, six hundred and eighty-three million, four hundred and ninety thousand new zealand dollars ($7,816,683,490,000.00NZD) due to the claimant and Principal Janine to be paid immediately (less one hundred and eighty billion which was to be paid immediately onto the New Zealand National Debt) into Kiwibank account name House of Talia-Dawn Private Foundation with kiwibank account number 38-9024-0122732-00 where written on the bottom of the bill is the following “And in the event of non payment and non honouring of the instructions of this Bill Of Exchange the claimant Janine has full lawful right to take charge and/or liquidate the Debtor corporations and seize any assets until paid in full with ten percent per week added accruing penalty interest added per week with the lawful right to go after parent and successor corporations until this debt is settled in full”, see Exhibit B and N; and

The total debt value on the nineteenth day of July 2024 due to the Claimant Janine of the four bill ledgers was $7,931,674,108,303.49NZD being seven trillion, nine hundred and thirty-one billion, six hundred and seventy-four million, one hundred and eight thousand, three hundred and three new zealand dollars. Due to non payment and non honouring the Claimant Janine had full lawful rights of take over and to keep adding penalty interest and other debtors with liability until paid out in full; and

That on that same date the nineteenth day July 2024, me, Janine the claimant was lawfully granted full undefended and unrebutted immediate Summary judgement that the debtors were fully liable to make payment of debt due, where the Claimant chose to act with full honour and waited until all commercial liens were overdue by 90 days which occurred on 19^th day of September 2024, where on that day through Immediate Summary Judgement had full lawful right to take over as Crown, Commander and Chief over the New Zealand Crown Government Corporations and change the jurisdiction of everything (Crown, Admiralty, Land, Sea, Air, man and everything else) to under Almighty God, Creator Heavens, Earth and Man and set up court under this jurisdiction being the highest jurisdiction of all. The two courts set up are the Royal Court of New Zealand and the Highest Court on Terra Earth. The claimant continued communicating in writing with all parties giving many opportunities to take remedy with notice if they did not stop doing harm and stop debt slavery of all men, women, boys and girls they would be declared insolvent, see Exhibits L,M,P,Q,R,T,U, AA; and

All debtors were declared insolvent on either 14th, 18^th day of December 2024 or 3rd, 10th and 17^th day of January 2025 with the claimant being me, Janine sitting in the position of Statutory Manager as well as Crown, Commander and Chief since that time. The debt on the 18^th day of December 2024 had risen to two hundred and forty- two quadrillion, seven hundred and seventy-one trillion, eight hundred and forty-four billion, eight hundred and ninety-six million, four hundred and eighty-five thousand NZ dollars in numerical value $242,771,844,896,485,000.00NZD. As each corporation and individual was made insolvent with full lawful rights transferred the ownership of all assets to ‘Janine and the People’s Irrevocable Trust’ where I, Janine of the House of Arabella and Walters was the grantor/settlor where I am also a trustee alongside Frederick John McKay of the House of Stewart, see Exhibits U,V,W,X, Y and Z; and

That the statutory demand for full audit was received by the administration team of The Treasury and Reserve Bank of New Zealand on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 at 2:08 PM with ten calendar days to complete with final day to complete the audit being the fifth day of December 2025, where I, Janine the claimant confirm that no response or audit was received by the final date to comply. The amount owing on the 24^th day November 2025 shown on attached Bill ledger was twenty-three quintillion, five hundred and sixty-six quadrillion, two hundred and fifty-three trillion, nine hundred and eighteen billion, sixty-eight million, eight hundred thousand new zealand dollars in numbers being ($23,566,253,918,068,800,000.00NZD) with ten percent weekly accruing penalty interest continuing to be added until settled in full. The amount was due to be paid into kiwibank account HOUSE OF TALIA-DAWN PRIVATE FOUNDATION 38-9024-0122732-00 which places Janine in charge over KIWIBANK and Janine also holds the shares of KIWIGROUP CAPITAL and NEW ZEALAND CENTRAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY, see Exhibit X for hearing dated 3 January 2025 and Exhibit DD for hearing dated 31 March 2025; where in the event of non- payment retains the lawful right of claim off all parent and successor corporations and debt owed can be converted into gold according to the value of gold on the date of theft and summary judgement on 19 July 2024 being $3955NZ per ounce or multiply by 32.151 equals $127,157.21per kilogram of gold. The amount outstanding on 24 November 2025 calculated to 185,331,637,254,000kg being more than one hundred and eighty-five trillion kilograms of 0.9999 gold, where the Claimant being me, Janine retains the right for the claim to be paid out in any currency of her choosing; and

Sanjai RAJ as registrar of the Companies Office and Personal Property Securities Register removed all of the following associated 102 commercial lien financial statements off ppsr.govt.nz where it is against the law for a judge or registrar to remove a commercial lien where an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in commerce and an unrebutted affidavit is acted upon in commerce and it is a felony for the officers to not report a claim to its bonding company and provide their bonding company details and it is a felony for the company and its bonding company to not pay out by the 90^th day of the commercial lien and claim. Prior to doing the four Admiralty Statements of Claim there were at least three unrebutted commercial affidavits and the Admiralty Statement of Claims also went unrebutted by all parties not placing a defence which awarded the Claimant full summary judgement of commercial claim of harm. That the New Zealand Police and the Crown government corporations and courts have failed to act in the best interests of all men, women boys and girls living in this land and have continued reckless trading now for 11.5 months for full year ending on 17 December 2025, and have not reported to the public or in the last annual financial year statement the debt owed or that they are insolvent. The debt owed has continued to rise and on the updated commercial lien with UCC filing number 2025-265-6313-1 the debt on 23 September 2025 was $9,990,305,284,406,650,000.00 with ten percent weekly accruing interest applying and further charges being added for any intentional revenue making off men and women using slavery, debt bondage and trickery and any actions of harm where this notice was gazetted on 26 September 2025 on publicnoticesnz.com; and

That all debtors were provided a final chance to Settle and a list of crimes being committed with proof of receipt of all between 26 and 29 September 2025. The debt is continuing to go up ten percent accruing weekly penalty interest with the debt owed on 4 December 2025 was twenty-eight quintillion, five hundred and three quadrillion, five hundred and six trillion, nine hundred and six billion, seventy-nine million, six hundred thousand dollars in numbers being $28,503,506,906,079,600,000.00 into kiwibank HOUSE OF TALIA-DAWN PRIVATE FOUNDATION with account number 38-9024-0122732-00 where the claimant Janine of the House of Walters can choose the currency of gold value on 19 July 2024 being $3955NZ per ounce or multiply by 32.151 equals $127,157.21per kilogram of gold or US Dollars or other on what is highest value at the time of settlement, where the current bill due is found in Exhibit A; and

That the fraud in the loan and mortgage documents has also been fully exposed where summary judgement was won first against ASB BANK, and now all other banks including Reserve Bank of New Zealand, The Treasury, Kiwibank, BNZ, ANZ and Westpac. Lawyers and the Police and Real Estate Companies and Judges and Registrars are now being held accountable for their actions of forcing mortgagee sales and forcefully removing people from their homes where nothing of substance was ever loaned, the banks never co-signed these agreements, fraudulent joinder using with corporate fiction names where anytime fraud found contracts made null and void. See Exhibits V, Z, AA, PP, and UU. The whole crown corporate system and admiralty system and banking system is based on fraud and is in process of full collapse; and

That the Courts were also made insolvent on 10 June 2025 due to operating using fraud, deceit and trickery. The only lawful courts in operation in New Zealand since this time is the Royal Court of New Zealand and The Highest Court on Terra Earth which operate out of the jurisdiction under Almighty God which overrides all other jurisdictions. Police have continued to try and create fraudulent joinder with the corporate fiction names in all capital letters on driver’s licenses to trick men and women into contract to take charge over them. All crown law is corporate law where there is only control over corporations, not people. The jurisdiction was lawfully changed from the corporations back to under our Creator where a corporation can never have control over a living man or woman without their consent. Control can only be taken over a living man or woman if there is evidence and proof of harm. As we are now under the Jurisdiction of our Creator, fortunately there is remedy for those who are willing to take responsibility to stop and undo harm. The lawful jurisdiction in New Zealand is now the Kingdom of God, the ten commandments and Love our Creator, Love our neighbour as ourself and do no harm, plus the measure you judge will be judged back to you if not taking full ownership and accountability of wrongs. The new system is already in place. This has been well publicised and agreed by 99% of all people who have read these values and principles and are on websites publicnoticesnz.com and nowfreedomforall.com and in Exhibits OO; and

That all Crown and Council officers and their leaders and the Courts and Registrars and Judges are now being held fully accountable for their actions. See Exhibit JJ. They have been operating out of legal corporate law which only has control over corporations. The difference between legal and law are clearly defined here. Legal is only over the corporate legal fiction names as created by the birth certificates and driver’s licenses, where a corporation’s main purpose is making money and corporation officers and owners have now gone too far with greed and control now causing harm; and

I, Janine the claimant require Evidence and Verification provided where the Evidence Act 2006, Section 7 states that must provide relevant and accurate information, and must reflect the correct identity, status, and timeline. Sections 128–135 of the Evidence Act require that documents must be produced upon lawful request. Officers and agents of the Crown Corporations are bound by the Crown, where I, Janine through undefended and unrebutted summary judgement are now the Crown, Commander, Chief and Statutory Manager over the New Zealand government Crown corporations where my orders must be complied with and I am ordering Nicola Willis and Iain Rennie and Grant Taylor to provide the full total and complete audit as specified in paragraphs 19 to 22 below:

That I, Janine the Claimant order STATUTORY DEMAND FOR FULL AUDIT of funds overdue to the Claimant and principal Janine with ten calendar days from first receipt on 7^th day of December with last day to comply being the 17^th day of December 2025 where it is noted that the 18th day of December 2025 marks the one year anniversary of the listed debtor corporations in paragraph eleven made insolvent in a court of law where it is a criminal offence to not record the debts in the annual financial statement where actions of bad faith remove all private immunity and all parties are fully liable in the private for their actions. You are hereby ordered by me, Janine the Claimant to produce the following:

A. Full Reconciliation & Audit Report on all listed debtors in paragraph 1 and 11 Including:

– all deposits, withdrawals, transfers and transactions of public and private ledgers of all officers and ministers listed in paragraphs numbered one and eleven plus KIWIBANK, ASB BANK, THE TREASURY and RESERVE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND that occurred on 19^thday of July 2024 related to these four bills of exchange,

a full Treasury Audit of all books, ledgers, instruments, accounts, sub-accounts, off-ledger entries, and custodial transfers associated with the four bills of exchange,

–a full KIWIBANK Audit of all books, ledgers, instruments, accounts, sub-accounts, off-ledger entries, and custodial transfers associated with the four bills of exchange,

–a full ASB BANK Audit of all books, ledgers, instruments, accounts, sub-accounts, off-ledger entries, and custodial transfers associated with the four bills of exchange,

–a full Reserve Bank of New Zealand Audit of all books, ledgers, instruments, accounts, sub-accounts, off-ledger entries, and custodial transfers associated with the four bills of exchange,

-provide the full indemnity Insurance details of all debtors listed in paragraph 11 as well as full indemnity insurance details of KIWIBANK and ASB BANK and the RESERVE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND and THE TREASURY New Zealand and their officers,

–any trust or internal accounts,

– solicitor trust ledgers,

– property settlements,

– nominee company or trust accounts,

– IRD-linked identifiers,

– residual funds,

– any and all government held balances,

– any transfer into any other name or other account,

–Full transaction history, All endorsements, All monetisation events, All clearing records, All custodial transfers, All names of accounts and trusts and trust movements,

– any information that is related to the four bills of exchange, commercial liens and insolvencies which have all been gazetted on publicnoticesnz.com and links listed as part of exhibits with this notice; and

B. Full Financial Disclosure Including:

– outstanding balances,

– unclaimed money,

– dormant accounts,

– accounts connected to property settlements,

– any account opened under the name without executor authorisation,

– any account created by administrative process,

– any transfer of balance into any other account with name and reference plus balance provided of the account,

–any and all transactions public and private that have occurred since summary judgement on 19 July 2025 and insolvency/bankruptcy of all listed debtors in paragraph 11 occurring in December 2024/January 2025 where the insolvencies have been publicly gazetted on publicnoticesnz.com and the links are listed in Exhibits U,V,X,Y and Z with this notice; and

C. Source Documents where certified copies required including:

– account opening documents,

– identity verification records,

– solicitor settlement sheets,

– trust and all other account ledgers,

– property title transaction documents,

– internal memos,

– any other related document to the four identified bills of exchange and all debts and credits and assets and liabilities and insolvencies/bankruptcies on the listed debtors in paragraph 1 and 11 and gazetted on publicnoticesnz.com; and

AUDIT DEMAND and RESPONSE TO AFFIDAVIT TIMEFRAMES:

A complete response to every question and point in this statutory demand notice must be provided within ten calendar days of first receipt of this notice with last day of response being 17^th day of December 2025. (It is noted that the Iain Rennie on behalf of The Treasury and Reserve Bank of New Zealand has already had ten calendar days where audit was due by 5 December 2025). As this audit demand is also written as COMMERCIAL AFFIDAVIT AND DEMAND NOTICE FOR FULL AUDIT AND ACCOUNT then non-rebuttal and failure to provide point by point response and failure to sign with wet ink signature in his or her own full private and full commercial capacity will be taken as tacit acceptance and silent acquiescence that all content provided in this affidavit is true and correct; and the individuals being Nicola Willis and Iain Rennie and Grant Taylor have failed in their fiduciary duties of giving full audit and account and become fully liable to action full payout from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and The Treasury to the claimant of all monies owed on 7^th day December 2025 being twenty-eight quintillion, five hundred and three quadrillion, five hundred and six trillion, nine hundred and six billion, seventy-nine million, six hundred thousand dollars in the currency of my choosing or value of gold on 19 July 2024 being $3955NZ per ounce or multiply by 32.151 equals $127,157.00 per kilogram of 0.9999 gold which totals two hundred and twenty-four trillion kilograms 0.9999 gold (224,159,951,131,000kg) whichever is the highest value on 17 December 2025 to be paid out the same day by the latest 2pm into the kiwibank account HOUSE OF TALIA-DAWN PRIVATE FOUNDATION 38-9024-0122732-00, where the claimant Janine has immediate access to the full funds with no limitations to distribute funds as she sees fit to benefit all mankind and create sustainable economic base to provide ongoing stability; and where non payout by 2pm on 17 December 2025 will lead to instant add of ten percent penalty plus charges increasing to ten percent accruing daily interest; and complete total and full lawful takeover of every listed debtor and corporation and all of their property and assets until the debt owed is settled in full and see current Bill attached as Exhibit A; and

That I, Janine will do a full financial reset of distribution of funds and assets out to all men, women, boys and girls living in the land commonly known as New Zealand or Aotearoa to release them from debt slavery and implement the Kingdom of God being the true government implementing the values of Love our Creator, Love our Neighbour as Ourself and Do no Harm where Communities will run themselves where all are ultimately accountable to our Creator God and primary focus on teaching values of love and respect and learning to connect in love with our creator and fellow man. I, Janine have travelled the country and spoken with a large cross section of groups and people where polling done has shown that 99% of people agree to live according to these values. This means a way and new system has been found that sustains life supported by nearly all mankind to create a harmonic world to live which has been the motivation behind every single action of the Claimant Janine. Also attached is the 25 Page summary of the United Kingdom of God in Exhibits OO; and
