This Allodial claim plus proof of delivery was presented to the living men and woman known as John Holyoake, , assigns and successors, who at times acts as the CEO of the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, and second to Cindy Kiro, assigns and successors, who at times acts as the Governor General Dame Cindy Kiro.
The dates of delivery to John Holyoake were 9 June 2023, followed by two notices dated 26 June and 16 July and the final notice dated 2 August 2023. The dates of delivery to Cindy Kiro were 16 June 2023, followed up by one notice dated 16 July 2023 and the final notice dated 2 August 2023.
The above man and woman had more than thirty (30) calendar days to rebut this Allodial claim point by point with irrefutable proof from the time of receipted delivery notice from the mail company.
The fact being no reply nor response nor rebuttal with regard to the Allodial claim to which John Holyoake and Cindy Kiro are in receipt of, notice is thereby given to the silence of and or failure to reply, and no respond and or a rebuttal from John Holyoake and Cindy Kiro and is hereby accepted as acquiescence and or the tacit agreement and or acceptance of John Holyoake and Cindy Kiro to our claim by way of inquiry and now remedy be sought in the matter, all parties in receipt of this notice are hereby held accountable and the Allodial claim will stand in law as the absolute truth.
