I, Janine of the House of Arabella and Walters, as Commander and Chief over all the
Crown Corporations placed a commercial Lien on the Personal Properties Security Register with
registration number F443VJY292DP59G8 over Tauranga City Council on 22 October 2024 for immediate
payment of $323,420,000,000.00 and due to having no means to make payment with immediate full
lawful rights and authority seized all the property assets of corporation of Tauranga City Council on 23
October 2024 with all the assets now held in Janine’s and the People’s Irrevocable Trust as the settlor
where all people’s in our community are the beneficiaries of these assets belonging to Tauranga City
Council including drinking water, fluoride, water reservoirs, employment contracts and related
documentation, all financial and operational records, Intangibles, Negotiable Instruments, Investment
Securities, Documents of Title, Chattel Papers, Money, precious metals and any owned Goods and All
Present and After Acquired Property including 822 properties. All assets are now held in
Janine and The People’s Irrevocable Trust. The trust documents and caveat and Commercial Lien
documents are on the public record notice board publicnoticesnz.com and show that this property is
now held in the Janine and the People’s Irrevocable Trust. The asset value of Tauranga City Council was
less than 1.4 billion leaving an outstanding debt of 322 billion dollars. As Tauranga City Council is now
insolvent from 23 October 2024 any transactions or decisions that any officer of agent of the
corporation makes including Martin Grenfell and Alexander Mahe Drysdale make without written
authorisation of Janine the Commander and Chief over the Tauranga City Council as the Secured Party
Creditor become null and void. You are informed that God made men and women and men and women
made corporations and a corporation can never have control over a man or women without his or her
consent and if your actions and the actions of other officers within the corporation you represent
continue trying to take control over the free will and choices of living men and women you are fully
liable for all actions that also hold criminal implications for harm and fraud and deceit.
Orders are provided for immediate Cease and Desist from placing of any fluoride or
other harmful chemicals or substances in any water supply or into our air or onto our land or into our
food supply or into our animals or plants or into vaccinations or any other recommended
pharmaceutical drugs, plus administering the estate of private individuals, any instance of taking control
over private affairs of individuals on their own land, fraudulent charging of rates and other revenue
activities where there is no proof of harm, with a minimum one million dollar charge of harm on behalf
of every man, woman, boy and girl in Aotearoa, New Zealand per event. If actions of harm continue Martin David Grenfell and Alexander Mahe Drysdale will be removed from their position as mayor and CEO and their own assets seized including all financial and operational
records, Intangibles, Negotiable Instruments, Investment Securities, Documents of Title, Chattel Papers,
Money, precious metals and any owned Goods and all present and after acquired personal property.
The Jurisdiction of New Zealand on 23 September 2024 by Immediate Summary Judgement in the High Court of New Zealand against all Crown Corporations was returned to the land and now only under Almighty God who created the Earth plus men and women where all that matters is the truth which overrides all Crown Jurisdiction which is only that of Corporate Law so now corporations and the officers that work within them are fully accountable to Almighty God and living men and women for any actions of harm towards them.
