This is notification that Property Funding Trustees and it’s agents received my Affidavit and Land Claim and Liability Notice on Monday 18 November 2024 with ten calendar days to rebut my claims point by point and sign with wet ink signature by 28 November 2024 with no rebuttal showing tacit acceptance and silent acquiescence that my claims are true and correct in their entirety in Law and Commerce with full lawful rights to cancel and nullify all past agreements including loan agreements and mortgage over the property 155 Blockhouse Bay Road Avondale Auckland due to fraud and deceit which nullifies all contracts and all assumed powers of attorney where I have now claimed back my own power of attorney to manage all my own affairs without interference.
