AND IT’S DIRECTOR AND SHAREHOLDER ARI CRAVEN IN HIS CAPACITY AS A PERSON/LEGAL ENTITY, AND AS A PEOPLE/LIVING MAN AND ALL ASSOCIATED AND LIABILITIES LISTED.

PURSUANT TO THE COMPANIES ACT 1993, SECTION 289, 

EQUITY MAXIM ”HE WHO HARMS ANOTHER MUST PAY” COMMON  LAW

EXODUS 22:1-5, “COMMON LAW/LEGAL STATUTE,

CONTRACT AND COMMERCIAL LAW ACT 2017

ALL: Being a party to the Cause, Action, Inaction, Loss, Damage, Director, Shareholder, Bearing Liability pursuant to Equity, Common Law/Bible, Common Law/Legal, Statute Law as in Parliament of New Zealand Statute Law. 

 

Without Prejudice, Judicial Notice, In Equity, At Common Law/Bible, Common Law/Legal and Statute Law as it is written. 

 

This Statutory Demand is constituted by the Companies Act 1993 Sec 289, Equity as in “He who harms another must pay”, Common Law/Bible Exodus 22:1-5, Law as in Statute, Contract and Commercial Law Act   2017.

 

This is notice of fault and opportunity to cure.

 

:The harms caused by the above named defender are:

 

  1. MODELLING THAT MY PROPERTY AT (redacted for privacy ) HAMILTON IS A FLOOD RISK AND THIS HAS INCREASED THE PROPERTY INSURANCE POLICY ( IAG POLICY NUMBER : HOM390165972) AT $700 EXTRA A YEAR DUE TO INCREASED RISK. 

 

  1. MODELED OUR PROPERTY AT ( redacted for privacy) HAMILTON AS A MAJOR FLOOD RISK WHICH HAS ALTERED OUR PROPERTY VALUE OF OVER $500,000 LOSS AND MAYBE MORE. ESTIMATED AT $500,000 LOSS AS OF TODAY.

 

  1. FALSELY MODELED WITHOUT BASIS THE MAJOR FLOOD RISK TO ( redacted for privacy) HAMILTON AND CAUSED US HARM TO OUR MENTAL WELLBEING AND LOSS OF MONEY AS ABOVE.

 

The law is very clear on statutory demand.

 

All the above named entities be they fictional, legal, equitable or otherwise, have one calendar month or 21 working days to REMOVE THE FLOOD RISK ON ( redacted for privacy) HAMILTON OR settle the account or come to an arrangement with Donna Barraclough, or the company will be wound up and the individuals charged according to law for their crimes.

 

 There was and is no way any setoff or claim by this defendant and their various lawyers and counsel can be valid or in accordance with the law as it is written.

 

All comments and statements are the opinion and interpretation of the demandor. No liability is expressed or implied.
