This court hearing and all its content have been entered into the public records. Court recording commenced at 1.30pm on 21st day of November 2025.

From the word of Holy Word of God it states in Matthew Chapter 18 v16 and 20 “A matter shall be established by two or three witnesses.” The three witnesses attending agree to act in this capacity and gave their first names as Fred, Karl and Desree.

  1. On 19th day of July 2024 Janine of the House of Walters won Immediate Summary Judgement against all the Crown Government Corporations of New Zealand on behalf of all men, women, boys and girls living in this land that have been harmed by the corporations, where the claims were done in Admiralty and Merchant Law under the Jurisdiction God Almighty, Creator Heavens and Earth; and
  2. That on the day of Summary Judgement 19 July 2024 Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance cashed 4 Bills of Exchange and stole trillions from the claimant of funds that were supposed to be paid out to all people and actually had the banks shut down trading while this occurred. Written on each Bill of Exchange was the following “in the event of non-payment and non-honouring of the instructions of this Bill of Exchange the claimant Janine has full lawful right to take charge, and/or liquidate the debtor Corporations and seize any assets until paid out in full with ten percent per week added accruing penalty interest with the lawful right to go after the parent or successor corporations” where due to greed and arrogance of stealing the funds due to all men, women, boys and girls living in this land (except those who have done harm), the Crown government corporate system fell, where with full lawful rights I stepped in as Crown, Commander and Chief over the Crown government corporate system and the only one who is able to add, amend and delete Crown law unless someone was appointed by me; and

 

  1. The officers of crown and council corporations were given orders which they refused to comply with and as a result were made insolvent on 18 December 2024 and 3 January 2025 where the ministers and chief executive officers including Mark Mitchell and Christopher Bishop and Richard Chambers and Andrew Kibblewhite and Ministry of Transport were made insolvent on 3rd and 17th of January 2025 after failing to provide the financial operations of their corporation and failing to cease trading, and failing to comply with orders, where I stepped in as the Statutory Manager. Decree Orders were provided from 19 July 2024 through to 23 December 2024, where the New Zealand Police were the only corporation able to continue operating based on complying with the following orders (6 page orders 23/12/25 attached to this notice) with the two most relevant to the Police being orders 8 and 9 “That all fines related to speeding, parking, and property are cancelled and fines can only be imposed when a crime involving harm to another individual is proven. Consequently, only crimes involving harm shall be enforceable. This measure aims to prevent the unjust collection of revenue from the public where any officer or employee or agent that defies this order will be removed and held accountable for his/her actions and that police officers shall be reestablished as ‘peace men and women.’ Additionally, local councils and courts in New Zealand shall shift their focus from revenue generation to serving the public and preventing harm”; and

 

  1. The New Zealand Police and the Crown government corporations and courts have failed to act in the best interests of all men, women boys and girls living in this land and have continued reckless trading now for over 10 months and did not report to the public or in the last annual financial year the debt owed or that they were made insolvent. As the insolvent crown and council corporations and their officers have not yet stood down, the debt owed has continued to rise and on the updated commercial lien with UCC filing number 2025-265-6313-1 where the New Zealand Transport Agency was included as a liable debtor. The debt on 23 September 2025 was $9,990,305,284,406,650,000.00 where further charges are being added for any intentional revenue making off men and women using slavery, debt bondage and trickery and any actions of harm,

where this notice and all previous notices and court summaries are gazetted on publicnoticesnz.com; and

 

  1. The Courts were also made insolvent on 10 June 2025 due to operating using fraud, deceit and trickery. The only lawful courts in operation in New Zealand since this time is the Royal Court of New Zealand and The Highest Court on Terra Earth which operate out of the jurisdiction under Almighty God which overrides all other jurisdictions. Police have continued to try and create fraudulent joinder with the corporate fiction names in all capital letters on driver’s licenses to trick men and women into contract to take charge over them. All crown law is corporate law where there is only control over corporations, not people being men and women. The jurisdiction was lawfully changed from the corporations back to under our Creator where a corporation can never have control over a living man or woman without their consent. Control can only be taken over a living man or woman if there is evidence and proof of harm. As we are now under Jurisdiction our Creator God, fortunately there is remedy for those who are willing to take responsibility to stop and undo harm. The lawful jurisdiction in New Zealand is now the Kingdom of God, the ten commandments and Love our Creator, Love our neighbour as ourself and do no harm, plus the measure you judge will be judged back to you if not taking full ownership and accountability of wrongs. The new system is already in place. This has been well publicised and agreed by 99% of all people who have read these values and principles and were on websites publicnoticesnz.com and nowfreedomforall.com; and

 

  1. That it has been discovered that the New Zealand Police and all other Council and Crown government corporations are trading through New Zealand Transport Agency that has yet to be made insolvent due to the thought that Ministry of Transport and New Zealand Transport Agency were the same entity, where it is now discovered that they are both separate, and through the process of discovery that any other corporation or entity that the New Zealand crown government corporations are trading through become liable for the full debt owed. It is unlawful for any corporation to continue trading once declared insolvent and all decisions made by its officers can be overturned and officers and agents no longer immune from private criminal and commercial charges; and

 

  1. The New Zealand Police and New Zealand Transport Agency and Ministry of Justice leaders and officers and agents are now being held fully accountable for their actions. They have been operating out of legal corporate law which only has control over corporations. The difference between legal and law are clearly defined here. Legal is only over the corporate legal fiction names as created by the birth certificates and driver’s licenses, where a corporation’s main purpose is making money and corporation officers and owners have now gone too far with greed and control now causing harm. I state clearly here that anything legal involves fraud and deceit and has been nullified. Lawful is only under the God’s laws Love our creator, love our neighbour as ourself and do no harm. You are notified that there is now a one million dollar commercial charge to the NEW ZEALAND POLICE and NEW ZEALAND TRANSPORT AGENCY and their officers in the private in place for every speeding ticket or fine or charge against man and woman where there is no evidence of harm and any other intentional revenue making including unlawful taking of cars/property and arrests due to failing to produce identification or consent to police control where there is no evidence of harm, where there is one million dollar charge in place per day until the car or home or other property is returned, or man or woman or child released from any form of custody from any unlawful kidnapping, or entry into property where police have become involved in human and child trafficking and slavery and debt bondage and also have evidence of murders to cover up unlawful actions; and

 

  1. The total debt overdue on the 21st day of November 2025 is $21,423,867,198,244,400,000.00 in words being twenty-one quintillion, four hundred and twenty-three quadrillion, eight hundred and sixty-seven trillion, one hundred and ninety-eight billion, two hundred and forty-four million, four hundred thousand new zealand dollars. As the New Zealand Transport Agency is a Crown Government corporation it automatically is liable for the debt owed, plus have evidence of actions of complicity where the charges for speeding and traffic and parking fines and fraudulent joinder of fraudulent identification are occurring through this corporation; and

 

  1. The officers of New Zealand Transport Agency had until 12pm today being Friday 21 November 2025 to pay the outstanding debt or confirm in writing they were ceasing intentional revenue making and using fraudulent joinder of driver’s license to take control over the affairs of living men and women causing loss and harm, or would be made insolvent that same day.

 

  1. It is confirmed before the court that the officers of New Zealand Transport Agency chose not to take remedy with no payment or written confirmation received that they have ceased intentional revenue making using fraudulent joinder, and as a result the corporation NEW ZEALAND TRANSPORT AGENCY is liquidated today being the twenty-first day of November 2025.

This Summary Judgements is issued pursuant to failure to pay the outstanding debt due and owing in due course a charge over the whole of the assets, liabilities and rights in the Crown where Her Majesty Queen Janine assumes Creditor’s Rights and has affirmed in the Highest Court on Terra Earth for the restoration of God’s Kingdom here on earth within the realms of the United Kingdom of Terra Earth assents to the place of Royal Assignor and Royal Assignee in the Crown of Her Majesty Queen Janine of the Royal House of Walters to administrate the liquidation of all of the corporations and organisations named above. Crown- Janine makes it clear that she sits in lawful positions about the corporations and officers and agents and registrars and judges of the corporations and as God’s representative here on earth on behalf of all mankind to hold those accountable for doing harm.

This insolvency will be publicly gazetted so that other creditors have right of claim of their debts, now that these corporations have become insolvent.
