A letter of claim of Janine Barbara was sent back to Vittoria Shortt on 2nd day of December 2023 requiring three tasks to be done. Janine affirms that she will consider her claim closed if Vittoria Shortt responds in honour and completes these tasks by 5pm on 19th day of December 2023 with the only condition being that if Vittoria Shortt or the ASB Bank corporation is ever found to be acting in a dishonest or dishonouring manner again she has the lawful right to step back in and activate the full claim expressed in her affidavit. In event these tasks are not done Janine will upload the affidavit in full and step forward will full authority for the full amount of claim expressed as truth in law and commerce in the Affidavit.
