Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Owners of Wharekauri 1Q (Māori Freehold Land) will be held to consider a proposed Partition Order for Iwiroa Damon Wairua, who holds 31.96429 shares, equivalent to 12.96 hectares of the block.

Norman Kirk Memorial Reserve

This hui is open to all owners of Wharekauri 1Q. Attendance may be in person or online.
PURPOSE OF MEETING
Owners will consider and vote on:
1. Support for a Partition Order allocating approximately 12.96 hectares to Iwiroa Damon Wairua in accordance with his shareholding.
2. Confirmation of the proposed partition area as shown on the circulated map.
3. Any further resolutions of support required under Rule 13.15 of the Māori Land Court Rules to proceed with the application.
