1. Beverley Jane Minola has an Unrebutted Affidavit of Status and Truth received by Attorney General Judith Collins on the 14^th day of December 2023 HB046211187NZ with forty days to respond and challenge point for point. Attorney General Judith Collins received a Notice of Acceptance of Affidavit on the 21^st day of February 2024 LW124150550NZ as no rebuttal was received by Affiant or three witnesses and Judith Collins was therefore informed that an unrebutted Affidavit stands as truth in commerce and law.

A Notice of Claim of Declaration of Right to Invoke Power of Attorney over the Crown Trust Entity POHIO and Declaration Deed of Claim by Right, signed by two witnesses, with ten (10) working days to rebut was received by Judith Collins on the 16^th day of May 2024 LW126036875NZ and on the 4^th day of June 2024 LW126036858NZ. A Final Notice of Acceptance of Claim FNAC-AGNZ-003 was received by the Attorney General on the 26^th day of June 2024 LW126036835NZ with ten (10) working days to rebut. No response has been received by Claimant Beverley Jane Minola or the two witnesses.

“The Declaration Deed of Claim By Right is invoked, granted and accepted by the Attorney General of New Zealand Judith Collins. The Deed to Ratify Appointment of Attorney-in-Fact and Powers of Appointment is invoked and granted between the parties POHIO, BEVERLEY JANE MINOLA herein Private Trust Security and Beverley Jane Minola living soul woman herein Attorney-in-Fact. Judith Collins acting as Attorney-General of New Zealand and all her successors and assigns with presumed status as Beneficiary is hereby amended to that of Intermediary Trustee/s, Administrator/s of the above Trust, obtained by Unilateral contract, and Our status is that of sole Beneficiary and Entitlement Holder for Value. No man or woman with a higher claim has stepped forward with proof of claim or right by affirmed affidavit to administer the said Estate.”
