Fiona McTavish as CEO of BOPRC had the opportunity within ten working days to rebut this Notice with regards to the property 103 Kaitemako Road, Welcome Bay, Tauranga as being the ‘security’ with ASB BANK; and opportunity within ten working days to rebut claims that Fiona McTavish CEO of BOPRC had authority to claim land rates through ASB BANK account of Beverley Jane Minola; and finally, Fiona McTavish as CEO of BOPRC had the opportunity to rebut ‘that all government and corporate entities have now had their jurisdiction, authority and administration removed from this private property and land of substance.’ Three witnesses and I can confirm that no rebuttals have been received.
