Two unrebutted Affidavits of Conditional Acceptance by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council

Our first Affidavit of Conditional Acceptance was received by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on 27 September 2022; an Opportunity to Cure was received on 13 October 2022 and a final Letter of Default was received on 1 November 2022; thus the Council was given a chance to challenge and rebut the Affidavit point by point; the thirty day reply period ended on 31 October 2022 and the Affidavit remains unrebutted; i, Bianca, confirm that no reply was received; an unrebutted Affidavit stands as truth in commerce and judgement in law according to the ten maxims of Law in Commerce.

Our second Affidavit of Conditional Acceptance was received by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council and the Tauranga Court on 24 November 2022; and a Letter of Default was received on 19 December 2022 by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council; thus the Council was given a chance to challenge and rebut the Affidavit point by point; the ten day reply period ended on 8 December 2022 and the Affidavit remains unrebutted; i, Bianca, confirm that no reply was received; an unrebutted Affidavit stands as truth in commerce and judgement in law according to the ten maxims of Law in Commerce
