This is a Public notice and Proclamation of Immediate Lawful Summary Judgement stamped and proclaimed in the High Court of New Zealand from 19 July 2024 and 23 August 2024 and 20 September 2024, where the claimant Janine had the lawful right to takeover each of the debtor corporations, seize the assets of all debtors until paid out in full for liability of harm caused from making every man, women and boy and girl debt slaves plus taking away freedom of choice with co-ercement to take an experimental vaccine where the officers knew it was not safe or effective and are therefore liable for any death or severe reaction and loss of employment and livelihood plus for unknown long term effects where the claimant Janine has placed a one million dollar charge of harm of behalf of all people living in the colony known as New Zealand. NOTICE OF IMMEDIATE SUMMARY JUDGEMENT and TAKEOVER OF ALL ASSETS of listed Debtors as Commander of every debtor corporation with immediate effect from 5pm 19 September 2024 plus seizure of assets of all debtors due to non-rebuttal and non payment and non-implementation of instructions provided for the total combined value of the four true bill ledgers for four claims of $18,702,472,858,017.40NZ in writing being eighteen trillion, seven hundred and two billion, four hundred and seventy-two million, eight hundred and fifty-eight thousand, and seventeen new zealand dollars and forty cents with ten percent per week accruing interest remaining in place until paid out in full. The Claimant and Commander Janine also has the lawful right of implementation of all instructions provided plus restoration of the rights of all individuals living in the colony known as New Zealand to freedom of choice without any obstruction having the lawful right to have anyone arrested that obstructs her or her appointed agents acting on her behalf and can charge them with obstruction of justice.
My first Action as Commander is to declare that this land known as the colony of New Zealand and Aotearoa is now directly under the jurisdiction of the Holy Creator God Almighty and if any case is brought before the courts of this land and the law or facts or evidence presented is in dispute then the higher jurisdiction will always prevail. The highest jurisdiction is Creator God Almighty and his Holy word in the bible where the two greatest commands from Matthew chapter 22 v37 to 40 are to v37 “love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul and mind” and v39 “to love your neighbour as yourself” and v40 “ the entire law is based on these two commandments.” From 20th September 2024 the courts and the police and the councils are re-established to serving the people and keeping the peace and preventing harm rather than revenue making and no fines can be enforced unless harm can be proven. Please read the full attached document with particular attention points 10 and 11 where the debtor corporations and their officers have until 7 October 2024 to implement or taxes will be abolished altogether. Point 16 from 19 July 2024 wipes out all past owed taxes including property taxes and student debt. As the claimant Janine now has lawful Summary Judgement due to non rebuttal and non payment, every man, and woman living in the land of Aotearoa can stand on her claims. In law Aotearoa stands for the whole earth. This sets case precedence for the World. It is declared that the whole earth is now under the Jurisdiction of the Lord God Almighty Creator who will not share his lordship with any other.
As the Commander over Health New Zealand with true lawful authority I drop all charges against Barry Young that were made falsely to try and circumvent liability of the corporation and he is reinstated with immediate effect and can choose a team of people to work with him to continue compiling data on the harm caused by the MRNA covid vaccine where he will be able to make regular updates to the public of his findings. Barry is to report to me, welcome back Barry and thank you for your courage to bring people the truth.
The corporations and the men and woman running them that are trying to play God and try and corrupt the DNA of mankind through the MRNA going into drugs and vaccines for their own ends and are fully accountable for their actions before God. Due to the seriousness of their actions and the consequences toward the future of mankind I have spoken up and made a stand with the lawful authority as Commander over the corporations plus representing God Almighty. I acknowledge our Father in heaven and creator God who made us all with our own unique DNA and claim back for every living man woman or boy or girl in Aotearoa also known as New Zealand and to the people in the world who have taken the vaccine your own unique DNA, that you are not a patented product or the property of another and that you are a child of the living God and claim on your behalf that your body belongs to the loving God who created you and that your body be restored back to way God intended it to work and speak healing into your bodies and restoration of every organ and system and cell within your body and expel anything harmful from your body through the Powerful name and the precious blood of son of God Jesus Christ to the glory of God and I quote psalm 103 Praise the Lord O my soul and forget not all his benefits who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. I also quote Romans chapter 3 verse 23-26 ” for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation (our atonement to allow us to be reconciled back to relationship with our Creator God) by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.” The highest law in the world is the Holy King James Bible and quoting scripture is our defence.
In the attached document the last paragraph written in red on page 12 Declares that Janine has now removed the jurisdiction of the corporations to rule this world and placed us directly under the jurisdiction of Lord God Almighty and has been presented in the physical and heavenly realm. Over time people will understand the power of these words and what they mean.
We declare God’s Holy word from Colossians chapter 2 verse 14 and 15 and 1 Peter chapter 1 verse 19 that Jesus has already purchased and redeemed us by the pouring out of his own precious blood and We seal this document and all preceeding documents presented and unrebutted by the Claimant Janine on behalf of every man, woman, boy and girl on the land of Aotearoa with the blood of Jesus Christ having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us and having nailed it to the cross disarming all principalities and powers triumphing over them.
United Nations is under a corporation and a corporation can never have authority over living men and women and their offspring.
I, Janine formally and lawfully became the Commander of the all the listed New Zealand Government Corporations at 5pm on 19th day of September 2024 with some preceeding this date and did not authorise Winston Peters to make any decisions on behalf of all the people living in our land. I stand with the people of our land who wish to maintain our sovereignty and will send formal response to the United Nations and Winston Peters to revoke any decisions made that are not in the best interests of the people.
Kia Kaha!, stand strong!, as you are no longer debt slaves or the property belonging to another and your individual inalienable rights have been restored and full rights to freedom, equality and dignity, right to make informed decisions around one’s health and wellbeing based on the principal of love and do no harm.
