The Crown of Her Majesty Janine proclaims her Royal styles and titles in exercise of royal powers and royal functions by royal assent for the restoration of God’s Kingdom here on earth within the United Kingdom of New Zealand.

Due to the lawful process we have gone through, unrebutted acquiescence, tacit admission, on behalf of Almighty God and on behalf of all men, women, boy and girls, living in and on our lands, all listed council and crown corporations were taken over from 19 July 2024 due to fraud and deceit, and being in dishonour of payment of the lawfully placed commercial liens, and have now become insolvent. As we have taken over the running of all listed and crown corporations that makes Crown Corporate Law as the rightful lawful Royal Successor, I Crown-Janine as the representative of Almighty God of the Triune God headship of Father, Son and Holy Spirit and on behalf of all the inhabitants of earth have the lawful right to add, alter, amend and delete any laws/orders made that are causing injustice and harm, and add laws/orders for protection of the people and the lands.

Orders from the day of Friday the 19th in the month of July in the year of 2024 can only come from the lawful Royal Crown-Janine and ruler over each of the crown and council corporations where I, Crown-Janine declared that any orders or decisions made after this date by all listed and crown corporation agents and officers, are null and void, unless there is written authorisation made by me, Crown-Janine. The following orders from I Crown-Janine are clear for all officers and agents and ministers of the crown and council corporations.

  1. Order by royal decree that I Crown-Janine placed New Zealand and Aotearoa and Earth and the courts and the governments under the Jurisdiction of Almighty God with the Holy word of God from the Bible as the highest authority where Crown corporate laws have become obsolete when any lies and deceit is found in any man made laws and contracts. I, Janine quote Exodus chapter 20 verses 15 and 16 “Thou shall not steal and though shall not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” The corporation and their officers are liable for all actions of making the people debt slaves and placing on them a debt that was never theirs and for forcefully controlling the people by deceit. I Crown-Janine, quote Genesis Chapter one verse 27 “so God created man and woman in his own image, the image of God he created them, male and female he created them.” God made men and women and men and women made corporations. A corporation (dead man speaking) can never have control over a man or woman;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that I Crown-Janine have issued an Immediate Cease and Desist from placing of any fluoride or other harmful chemicals or substances in any water supply within this land known as Aotearoa, in the realm of New Zealand into our water or onto our land or into our air or into our food supply or into our animals or plants or into vaccinations or other recommended pharmaceutical drugs, where any officer or agent of minister who defies this order from being implemented will be removed from his or her position;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that all the assets of the crown and council corporations were placed into Janine and The People’s Irrevocable Trust where the people and inhabitants in each community are the beneficiaries of these assets and the inhabitants in each area have lawful right and authority by my royal decree to take over the running of their local communities in such a way that no harm is done, plus can take over immediately the personal assets of any agent, officer, minister or employee of any crown or council corporation continue with any actions of harm; where these assets are for the use and benefit of the people. If any officer of a corporation or agent acting on behalf of any of the listed corporations attempts to misappropriate any of these assets, they shall be subject to theft charges, along with various other charges of crime/harm, plus immediate removal from office. The asset lists of these corporations are now considered public property, and the people and inhabitants have been notified that all corporate assets belong to them as beneficiaries. They can inform me of any unlawful sale notices or activities;

 

  1. Order by Royal decree that there is an immediate cease and desist of operation of all crown and council corporations from operating from 18 December 2024 where the Chief Executive Officers of each corporation has ten working days from 18 December 2024 to submit a report back to the Royal Assignor being me Crown-Janine showing every register public and private and crown and admiralty plus any overseas register plus any other register that contains information regarding the corporation’s financial operations with personal and criminal liability for not providing this information, where the final date to supply this information is by the end of the business working day of the seventeenth day of January 2025. If this order is defied the officers and ministers will be removed and the office either closed or restructured with immediate effect;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that all personal and income and goods and service taxes are cancelled from 19 July 2024 with all past taxes owed & student debts cancelled due to all of these being fraudulent charges and can no longer be enforced with individual men and women having the right to charge an officer or agent and remove from position who defies this order and continues to enforce fraudulent & cancelled taxes upon them from 19 July 2024. If this order is defied the officers will be removed and the office either closed or restructured with immediate effect;

 

  1. Order by royal decree the cancellation of all property taxes and rates due to fraud with any past charges or debt owed cancelled and unenforceable, with immediate removal from office plus charges of harm of any officer or agent who continues to charge any form of taxes or rates or fines and who defies this order;

 

  1. Order by royal decree the cancellation of fuel taxes, road user charges, toll fees, or public parking fees on individual men and women. No officer or representative shall have the authority to impose or enforce these unlawful charges, with removal from office for anyone who defies this order. Travelling on New Zealand roads and parking is now free to ensure the right to freedom of movement within and across the realm of New Zealand;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that all fines related to speeding, parking, and property are cancelled and fines can only be imposed when a crime involving harm to another individual is proven. Consequently, only crimes involving harm shall be enforceable. This measure aims to prevent the unjust collection of revenue from the public where any officer or employee or agent that defies this order will be removed and held accountable for his/her actions;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that police officers shall be reestablished as ‘peace men and women.’ Additionally, local councils and courts in New Zealand shall shift their focus from revenue generation to serving the public and preventing harm;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that the legal system has been abolished being applied to the people and inhabitants, as the original meaning of the term ‘legal,’ according to the 1893 Dictionary of Arts and Science and Encyclopaedia Britannica (1893 volume), is defined as ‘the undoing of God’s law’ or the removal of God. Henceforth, we are now under the jurisdiction of God Almighty and the laws of God, as revealed in the Holy Word;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that due to having exposed the deception within Crown property land titles, where individuals have been misled into believing they are purchasing actual property. In reality, they only possess a document title with geographical markings, while the land deed has been withheld from them. Wherever fraud is found on documents and titles they have become null and void and all crown property titles now revert back to the unextinguished native titles and allodial land claims. To protect individuals who have innocently bought property believing their titles to be true and correct, they are assured that if they are living on a piece of land they retain the right to keep living on that land where individuals claim allodial living right to remain living on that lands;

 

  1. Order by royal decree as a result of Crown property land titles over lands becoming null and void then mortgages have become null and void due to fraud and deceit. That payment on mortgages can no longer be enforced, and banks and officers working within the banks can be charged for fraudulently continuing to remove funds from bank accounts including taking out fraudulent property taxes/rates. So with full lawful rights and authority, to perfect the law, I Crown-Janine confirm that Crown property titles are now obsolete due to fraud, and the mortgage is attached only to the Crown title, and so now the Crown title is obsolete, and the mortgage is also obsolete. To make certain there is no misunderstanding. I repeat this a third and final time. Mortgage documents and Crown land title documents were created fraudulently and anywhere there is fraud the documents become null and void;

 

  1. Order by royal decree I Crown-Janine have rendered mortgages void. Therefore if bank corporations continue to charge individuals for these now null and void mortgages, the affected individuals shall file claims of harm against the banks and their officers, and the banks will be made insolvent. If banks wish to continue their operations, they must demonstrate a commitment to acting honourably. They are no longer permitted to function as fraudulent debt collectors and will face charges for operating as fraudulent third-party debt collectors and due to ASB Bank acting is dishonour they have been made insolvent for defying these orders and so will any other bank or finance company that defies these orders;

 

  1. Declare that all my previous documents were created as living documents solely under the jurisdiction of Almighty God and His Holy Scripture. The case format, whether upper, lower, or title case, is irrelevant; what matters is the truth. Each individual of the crown corporations had the opportunity to rebut, and their failure to do so means that my documents continue to stand as truth in law and commerce where no judge or registrar or any other officer holds lawful right to expunge a commercial lien, where non payment of commercial liens have now resulted in individuals and corporations becoming insolvent;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that the inhabitants of earth who are also known as the crown beneficiaries with immediate effect on 19th day of July 2024 had individually and collectively full inalienable rights restored to freedom of choice over one’s own life liberty and security that cannot be denied with freedom to assemble and operate without interference where the only time that others can step in is if there is proof of harm;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that all inhabitants and people that lost their jobs through the covid-19 mandates be reinstated to with full reimbursement of lost wages plus one million dollar charge of harm for any loss or harm caused by the covid 19 vaccine mandate including evidence of deaths paid out to the family members, severe adverse reactions, discrimination, and loss of employment or livelihood;

 

  1. Order by royal decree cease and desist of all using any vaccine or medication or drug using MRNA or gene technology due to evidence already showing that MRNA is able to alter human DNA with consequences of this not yet fully known with any officer or employee or agent or doctor or nurse or medical practitioner or any other living being that places the vaccine/drug into another living creature or into our water or food supply with charges of harm and immediate removal from position if this order is defied;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that there requires to be full written disclosure regarding the contents and ingredients of drugs and medications and foods plus all medications or drugs or vaccines must have data supplied to do with the rates of success and effectiveness of each drug, their profit margins, and all alternative health and treatment options that also supply the same information, with immediate pulling of drugs and foods from the market that do not supply this information. Individual living beings are no longer subjected to the control of corporation and organisation control over their health and well-being, with all men and women and their offspring having freedom and right to choose over their own health and wellbeing and every other aspect of life;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that all power, telephone, mobile, and internet services must accept bills of exchange as they have already been paid out of each inhabitants cestui que vie trusts and security bonds and requesting customers to pay a second time is fraudulent and double dipping and is a crime. This ensures that every household and individual can receive essential services, where all officers or employees or agents defying this order will be charged with theft and other charges plus face removal from office;

 

  1. Order by royal decree that the media corporations must tell the truth with immediate cease and desist of distributing false information with the intent to deceive and cause harm. These individuals, as well as the corporations they represent, can and shall be charged minimum one million dollars for every man, woman, boy or girl that has been affected. From this date forward, they are ordered to convey the truth and refrain from causing harm, bearing full liability for the continued spread of false information or from intentionally withholding the truth;

 

  1. Order by Royal decree that any individual acting on behalf of a corporation who engages in actions that cause harm to our people, children, land, food, water, animals, plants, air, or any other essential resources for survival will be held accountable and charged. This includes those participating in euthanasia and abortion. Additionally, all ingredients in foods, medications, or products that enter our bodies, as well as chemicals sprayed on plants, must be listed. If any product fails to provide this information, it shall be removed from the market. Furthermore, any product containing harmful substances will also be removed from circulation;

 

  1. Order by Royal decree immediate cease and desist that pilots and the corporations they represent stop spraying known or unknown harmful substances into the atmosphere, or shall face charges. Individuals will have the right to file lawful claims for harm under God’s law. Additionally, aircraft operated by these

corporations can be repurposed and given to the people for beneficial use rather than harmful activities;

 

  1. Order by Royal decree immediate cease and desist of manipulation of the weather or the earth or air or water or environment in a harmful manner such as using HARPP technology or 5G or frequency or any other type or method where any individual and the corporation/organisation they are representing will face immediate criminal and commercial charges and risk being placed into insolvency for charges of harm;

 

  1. Order by Royal Decree of Crown-Janine that that no officer of any corporation or any organisation shall issue orders without my written authorisation. Any orders given without my approval are considered null and void where I came into the position of authority over the Crown corporations on 19th day of July 2024, where, I did not authorise the Crown corporations to affiliate our country with the United Nations or the World Health Organisation or any other organisation; therefore, we maintain our independence and sovereignty;

 

  1. Order by Royal Decree for any other matters I may have overlooked, where an individual causes harm on behalf of a corporation, both the individual and the corporation shall be held accountable by the people for claims of harm under God’s law;

 

  1. Declare that in matters involving inalienable rights of every man and woman, individuals are considered to be solely responsible for their actions and “I was only doing my job”, quoted from Nuremberg principles ‘acting on advice’, ‘acting under direction’, ‘acting under orders’ or any justification which involves a ‘superior authority’ (such as an unsafe court decision) does not present as an acceptable defence, with a one million dollar charge of harm on behalf of every man, woman, boy and girl and inhabitant on earth and New Zealand;

 

  1. Declare that you are informed that God Almighty has instructed me to call down the Holy Watchers revealed in Daniel Chapter 4 verse 17 who are watching the actions of all men and women and those who do harm from this time are invoking the judgement of God upon themselves;
