It is now recognised that Nigel Philpott/Trustee has failed to provide the information requested in the matter of alleged infringement notices [641571] and [641572] issued by Nelson City Council required by myself :matthew-leonard: Nonresident settlor Principal Beneficiary of the estate of MATTHEW LEONARD PRATLEY operating in the jurisdiction of equity in my Notice of Conditional Acceptance to fulfil any obligation i might hold with his Nelson City Council and the Land Transport Agency
Nigel Philpott/Trustee has failed to provide the information required in my previous Public Notice of Conditional Acceptance sent by signature required courier on the 25th of February 2014 and my Public Notice of Conditional Acceptance-Notice to cure send by signature required courier on the 21st of March 2024, both of these Notices are recorded as received by New Zealand Post
Failure to respond to the questions outlined within these notices now puts Nigel Philpott/Trustee and the Nelson City Council in Commercial Default and a Notice of Conditional Acceptance-Notice of Default was sent by signature required courier on the 29th March 2024 and recorded as received by New Zealand Post.
