From the Statutory Manager of Westpac Bank Insolvency: Janine of the House of Walters

  1. This notifies the readers that WESTPAC NEW ZEALAND trading as Westpac Bank was made insolvent in a court of law on the 24th day of July 2025 where its current outstanding debt is 103 billion dollars, and will continue to rise in the process of discovery until they cease trading, which is now a criminal offence, due to not cooperating with the insolvency office. Fraud has been found in their mortgage documents and they are now required to pay back all loans to their customers with all mortgages cancelled.

 

  1. You are also informed that ASB BANK and ANZ BANK NEW ZEALAND have also been made insolvent for the same reasons and now Kiwibank and BNZ are under the same level of scrutiny, plus all local body councils in New Zealand are now insolvent, and have refused to inform the public of this.

 

  1. If any of your staff hold a mortgage with Westpac Bank or ASB BANK or ANZ BANK NEW ZEALAND they can contact the service address and I can act on their behalf as the Statutory Manager to claim back their mortgage.

 

  1. You are now informed that any agent or company or other organisation trying to collect a fraudulent debt becomes liable for that debt in full, and heavy penalties will apply as it is very serious taking homes off people.

 

  1. Here are the facts that have now been exposed:

5a That Westpac bank and others create a loan document but it was never signed by both parties which makes the contract null and void; and

5b. That Westpac Bank and its officers and representatives created funds that did not exist prior to the client placing their wet ink signature on the loan agreement and committed fraud and did not lend anything of substance; and

5c. That Westpac Bank and its agents and representatives do not inform clients exactly what property they take security over to obtain the mortgage where full disclosure is required for an agreement to be lawful and if full disclosure not provided the agreement becomes null and void; and

5d. That Westpac Bank and its agents and representatives sold on the loan document with the client’s wet ink signature onto to other party(s) without the consent or knowledge of the client which also makes the agreement null and void; and

5e That Westpac bank and its agents and representatives received payment in full at the time the loan(s) were granted, and therefore there was never any money owing and all charges from that time are fraudulent; and

 

5f.    That any officer or representative or agent of Westpac Bank including real estate companies that participate in collecting of fraudulent debt are actively participating in fraud, becoming fully liable for the debt they are trying to collect, plus clients now have lawful rights to charge one million dollars per event and agents can be charged with crimes of fraud with a list of crimes being committed here:
