NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE THAT KIWI GROUP CAPITAL NOW INSOLVENT and Janine of the Royal House of Walters now is the Royal Assignor with all shares of Kiwi Group Capital Assigned to her

To Steven Jurkovich

An affidavit of notice was sent to you with tracking number LW122500071NZ on 7& January 2025 and received 12.02pm on 8th of January 2025. You had until 4pm on 14th day of January to rebut the Affidavit regarding Kiwi Group Capital now being insolvent dated the seventh of January 2025, where there was no response or rebuttal which in law and commerce is taken as tacit acceptance and silent acquiescence of all content.

This second notice dated and 20 January 2025 and received following day confirms the following established unrebutted facts:

  1. That the 66.03% of shares in Kiwibank is now assigned to me Janine of the Royal House of Walters as the lawful Royal Assignor. Steve Jurkovich as CEO of KIWIBANK, you are informed that on 17th day of January 2025 at a court hearing that I was appointed into the office of the Minister of Finance and Frederick of the Royal House of Stewart has been appointed to the office of State Owned Enterprises, plus the office in the High Court of New Zealand of Registrar and Sheriff were vacated and have been replaced by me, so I now hold the lawful capacity to enforce all liquidations and issues warrants for arrests. A decision was made to keep Kiwibank solvent at this time in the best interests of the people, however as the main shareholder you are required to keep me fully informed of all financial operations. All directors of the corporation will also be informed of this fact and truth. You and the directors of KIWIBANK are now required by law to provide me with a full set of accounts of public and private ledgers with personal liability if this does not occur.

  1. That Chris Luxon, Paul Goldsmith and Nicola Willis were all declared insolvent on the 18th day of December 2024 and as a result no longer able to hold a position with all of their roles and portfolios vacated and any orders or instructions given from them from that time being unlawful and required to be reversed with me as the Royal Assignor of each of their insolvencies plus offices, so orders and instructions can only come from me or someone appointed by me.

  1. You are also required to meet with me. I am coming to meet with you at 9am on Monday the tenth day of February 2025 at the head office of Kiwibank at Level 3 155-167 Fanshawe Street where I expect to be supplied with a full set of financial operations. The directors are able to attend.

From Commander and Chief and Crown and Statutory Manager of the Crown Government Corporation Insolvencies

It is noted here that the Statutory Manager went to meet with Steven Jurkovich on the tenth day of February 2025 at 9am at the head office where he refused to attend. A third copy of the insolvency documents and all other correspondence was hand delivered with witnesses and left with the two officers who greeted her in Kiwibank reception area who were required by law to provide these documents to the CEO.
