Under the Jurisdiction of God Almighty for the restoration of God’s Kingdom here on earth within the United Kingdom of New Zealand.
Thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness
John 14:6 Jesus said ‘I am the way the truth and the life’
Proverbs 19:9 A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will perish.

Here are the unrebutted facts presented in this court hearing:
- That on the 24th of January 2024 each of the above boards and councils and their representatives as individuals in the private received a liability notice containing the information listed in points 1-16
- That on 19 September 2024 Immediate Summary Judgement was made by Janine of the Royal House of Arabella and Walters with full lawful authority through non-rebuttal in the High Court of New Zealand against the crown government corporations including the High Court of New Zealand for making the people of this land debt slaves through fraud and deceit as well as liability for all and any harm caused by the covid-19 vaccine mandates where you can not force or co-erce someone to take a vaccine where one of the risk factors is death and evidence was provided to the CEOs of district health boards now known as Health New Zealand that the vaccine was neither safe or effective from their own data at the time of the mandates in November 2021. The jurisdiction of the Land, Sea, Air and everything else was placed back under Almighty God not only for New Zealand but for the whole world on the same date being 19th day of September 2024. A one million dollar charge was placed on behalf of every man, woman, boy and girl that was effected by the covid-19 mandate decisions and due to non payment of this debt every single government corporation have now been made insolvent. Now all corporations, organisations and licensing bodies are being held accountable for their actions with the same charge fees still applying to all due to being unrebutted in a court of law.
- The Royal Court of New Zealand was set up in November 2024 due to the High Court of New Zealand and all other government run courts operating in dishonour through fraud and deceit, where the High Court of New Zealand was also found guilty of multiple charges of harm against all men, women, boys and girls in New Zealand, and as a result the Court and its officers became liable for all debts associated with the crown Corporations for actively participating in making the people debt slaves and bring false charges on the people through fraud and deceit. Due to non payment of their debts on 18th day of December 2024 the High Court of New Zealand and all crown and council corporations were all made insolvent, and all government corporation run courts in this land have been operating unlawfully since being declared insolvent. The only recognised courts are ones operating under the Jurisdiction of God Almighty where fraud, deceit, bearing false witness, theft and murder are no longer tolerated.
- Orders were provided to the heads of the Crown and council corporations on the 10th day of October 2024 to stop spreading false information with intent to deceive the people, that all individuals who disseminate false information with the intent to deceive and cause harm as well as occasions where the truth is intentionally withheld from the people so that they can continue to be deceived, all to prevent liability. Any officers within any corporation or organisation that causes harm can be charged with the individuals, as well as the corporations they represent, liable for charges of minimum one million dollars for every man, woman, boy or girl that has been affected by their decisions of mandating employees or health professionals out of employment, for the co-ercement of vaccinating all others where research is now showing the MRNA is changing human DNA where the long term consequences are yet unknown.
- All of the listed organisations, trusts and corporations were commissioned to tell the truth and stop spreading false information with the Holy word of God from the Bible as the highest authority where Crown corporate laws shall become obsolete when any lies and deceit are found in any man made laws and contracts. Exodus chapter 20 verses 15 and 16 was quoted “Thou shall not steal and though shall not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” The organisations and their officers and employees are now liable for all actions of bearing false witness and participating in controlling the people by deceit, where a vaccine was mandated when the officers within the government and the district health boards and Ministry of Health knew it wasn’t safe or effective. Genesis Chapter one verse 27 was quoted “so God created man and woman in his own image, the image of God he created them, male and female he created them.” God made men and women and men and women made corporations and other organisation structures. A corp-oration (dead man speaking) can never have control over a man or woman.
- The covid-19 vaccine has now been identified as a health and safety at work hazard. A business has a duty to ensure that the health and safety of persons are not put at risk from work carried out by the business. (Section 36 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015). The mandated covid-19 vaccine has been identified as a potential health and safety risk. This evidence has been presented in the High Court of New Zealand, and as it has been presented and unrebutted it is now identified as truth in law and must be complied with. See the following article put out by the Florida government news room: https://www.floridahealth.gov/newsroom/2023/02/20230215-updated-health-alert.pr.html
- As governments overseas including the New Trump administration have recognised that the vaccine is a health and safety hazard this is now recognised worldwide where the Royal Court of New Zealand under the Jurisdiction of Almighty God has also recognised the covid vaccine as a health and safety hazard. President Trump has already recognised the Royal Court in operation in New Zealand plus publicly declared that we are now under the Jurisdiction of God, as have many other international government bodies. The control of the pharmaceutical corporations is now over where everything has been money driven rather than the best interests of the people. The inalienable rights of the people are now restored. All men and women have right to know what is in every medication and also in food and any other products and all men and women have the right to make a choice of what they put in or on their own bodies.
- All officers, employers and boards and licencing bodies were ordered with immediate effect to drop all charges against individuals who worked under their organisation either as an employee or a held a registered license to practise for making a decision to not have a vaccine and make a choice what goes into his or her own body.
- If charges are not dropped immediately every officer with the organisation at fault becomes personally liable to pay the fines in place against individuals, which included Sam Bailey (doctor) and Karl Fischer (optometrist who has recently been defamed in the newspaper with lies of practising without a current practising certificate and all other individuals, plus a formal apology in writing to any individual where their character has been defamed and shamed for making a decision of what was right to go into his or her own body. If the licensing bodies do not comply your organisations will be shut down and replaced.
- All employers and boards and licencing bodies have a duty to provide information and training to past and present employees and health professionals and medical practitioners that are or were covered under the jurisdiction of their organisation of the exposure and potential harm to the persons put at risk through the covid-19 vaccine. It is a criminal offence to not train employees and health professionals and medical practitioners that were registered and licensed by your organisation of exposure to risks. (Section 9 of the Health and Safety at Work (General Risk and Workplace Management) Regulations 2016)
- Employers and licensing boards are required under this act to provide workers and health professionals the opportunity to have a thorough medical examination. Employees and health professionals can claim expenses and compensation to undo any harm that has been caused by this exposure.
- The medical board is also required to inform all medical practitioners of these health and safety hazards where all medical practitioners are now required to inform every one of their patients of exposure to these hazards where all practitioners will face criminal liability if they do not inform all patients.
- Each organisation is required to inform your staff and all past and present licensed and registered health professionals that were under your board’s oversight of the risk of this hazard and his/her rights to make a claim where application forms can be emailed from and sent to makeaclaimnz@protonmail.com.
- As the government corporations failed to deal with this matter they are now insolvent where Janine now sits in the position of Commander and Chief and Crown over the crown corporations having full lawful rights to hold all accountable for actions of harm under the Jurisdiction of God Almighty. The boards and councils were required to inform me how many staff work in your organisation and how many are registered currently and how many were registered at the time of the mandates in November 2021, which will indicate how many were mandated out of employment or business. Each organisation and it’s officers had one month until 24 February 2025 to contact all registered health professionals and staff with the attached pamphlet or a one million dollar charge for every registered health professional or employee would be placed against their organisation as well as against the named individuals who hold personal liability.
- A written confirmation was required back by 24th day of February 2025 confirming that each board and council member had informed all past and present staff and registered health professionals of their exposure to a hazard with confirmation in writing of how many registered health professionals under their organisation now and prior to the mandates.
- The Medical Board members and all other licensing board members are required by law to ensure that all medical and health practitioners have informed every one of their patients of their exposure to this hazard. To say that you were following orders is not acceptable according to Nuremburg trials. They were responsible to inform all of their staff and health professionals under their licensing body. If no confirmation was received by the due date of Friday 24 February 2025 that each board and council confirming that all staff and health professionals have been informed then immediate payment of one million dollars for every employee and registered person under your organisation will be demanded and your organisation will be made insolvent and dissolved for not acting in the best interests of the people. The Medical Board and the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal hold the most liability due to instructing all doctors and health professionals to promote the vaccine and punishing those who didn’t. If the Medical Council do not comply with ensuring all doctors inform all patients they were informed they would be charged one million dollars for every man, woman, boy and girl living in New Zealand. The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal will also be charged one million dollars for every man, woman, boy and girl in this country. This matter is very serious due to loss of life, the large quantity of severe adverse events plus vast array of medical problems that have been occurring since the vaccine roll out. A hand out was supplied to be sent out to every New Zealander affected.
- That a reminder notice was sent by email on 24 February to each of the above councils and boards and tribunal that this was the final day to comply with the directive of reporting the covid-19 vaccine as a hazard to all the men, women, boys and girls living in New Zealand affected by this exposure.
- That no action was taken by any of the above councils and boards and tribunals and their representatives by the due date 24 February 2025 to undo harm and inform all past and present staff and employees plus licensed and registered health professionals plus medical practitioners plus all patients that have been exposed to the covid-19 vaccine hazard where according to the Health and Safety at Work Act it is a criminal offence to not provide information and training to past and present employees and health professionals and medical practitioners that are or were covered under your organisation of the exposure and potential harm to the persons put at risk through the covid-19 vaccine. (Section 9 of the Health and Safety at Work (General Risk and Workplace Management) Regulations 2016) where all representatives became commercially and criminally liable for not reporting the exposure to this hazard.
- On 11 March 2025 a bill ledger was sent by email for each of the defendants of commercial liability and the bill and original liability notice dated 24 January 2025 were both personally delivered by hand to the registered office of each of the defendants with a printed copy for each debtor and defendant for payment due by 18 March 2025 or take remedy of informing all people affected and drop all charges related to the covid-19 mandates against health professional and medical practitioners, reinstate his/her license and remove all restrictions on scope of practise as the covid-19 mandates were unlawful as someone can not be forced to take a vaccine where one of the risk factors is death where the first vaccine death autopsy report was presented to the Ministry of Health and District Health Boards on 25 November 2021 during the two week stand down period of the Mandates (15-29 November 2021) where this information was provided in a series of liability notices plus unrebutted in affidavits and unrebutted in the High Court of New Zealand.
- That no payment or remedy occurred regarding point 19 by the due date 18th day of March 2025, and on 25 March 2025 a second bill ledger was hand delivered to each registered office with a printed copy to each of the defendants on 25 March 2025 with ten percent penalty charge added for non payment and non remedy with final chance to take remedy of either paying the full amount owed or have sent written confirmation that all past and present practitioners and employers and health professionals and patients have been contacted regarding exposure to hazard covid-19 vaccine plus written confirmation that all charges made against individuals related to the covid-19 vaccine mandates dropped by 31 March 2025 plus all licenses reinstated with all conditions on scope of practise removed that were related to covid-19 vaccine mandates or the board and council will be made insolvent and disbanded as well as criminal charges to follow for the individual officers
- That all individuals and councils and boards had one final opportunity to rebut the charges and take remedy in an affidavit received by hand delivery on 3 April 2025 where they had until 4pm on 8th day of April and if no point by point rebuttal received signed with wet ink signature in full private and commercial capacity from each individual and each board and each council that are listed as defendants, then each defendant will be made insolvent at the court hearing scheduled for 4.01pm on Tuesday 8th day of April 2025 with criminal charges to follow.; and
- Bryan Tenhave is present today at the court hearing and was asked to confirm that he personally delivered all notices and bills and affidavits to all nineteen boards and councils and tribunals on each of the dates supplied in this hearing being 11 March and 25 March and 3 April for the affidavit and notice of insolvency hearing with final chance for remedy, where all of these documents plus proof of delivery are entered into the records and Bryan Tenhave confirmed that this information is correct and true and was also verified in writing by his two witnesses. Bryan reported that two of the offices locked their premises on 3 April 2025 to obstruct receiving the documents being the Medical Council of New Zealand and the Health Disciplinary Tribunal at 1 Willis Street. Chief Judge Frederick Stewart confirmed that where the defendant and debtor intentionally obstructs receiving of documents it is acceptable to tape the documents to the wall or door of the building where the office is held and this is considered lawful receipt of the documents.
- That not one Board or Council or Individual Defendant has provided a defence or rebuttal and as a result through silent acquiescence and tacit acceptance are now guilty and liable for all charges that have been laid throughout points 1 to 22 in this hearing. That all boards and Councils and individuals listed as defendants and debtors were provided bills of commercial liability for actions of harm towards the people of New Zealand and those under the care of the licensing and disciplinary bodies where a one million dollar charge was placed for harm of every individual affected by the non action of their board or council members to inform all under their jurisdiction of his/her exposure to the safety hazard of the covid-19 vaccine with knowledge that these debts have remained accumulating ten percent weekly interest from 18 March 2025. The bills have been prepared for this hearing to provide evidence of the outstanding debts liable by each debtor and all nineteen of these bill ledgers are considered entered into the public record. The three boards who hold the most liability are the Medical Council of New Zealand, the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal and Pharmacy Council of New Zealand with a one million dollar charge on behalf of every man, woman, boy and girl living in New Zealand where the population is recorded here from Statistics New Zealand 2023 data (unrebutted population data in the high court summary judgement) of five million, three hundred and eighty-eight thousand nine hundred individuals affected with commercial liability on 18 March 2025 of five trillion, three hundred and eighty-eight billion and nine hundred million with ten percent weekly charges charge in place from 18 March 2024. Today on 8th day of April 2025 the total charge due from each of the debtors is as follows:

- All defendants and debtors are found guilty and liable for the debts owed and charges against them where they chose not to take remedy of informing all the people of New Zealand of the exposure to the health and safety hazard of the covid-19 vaccine. The final date for payment was 4pm today being the eighth day of April 2025 where it is confirmed that no payment has been made by any of the debtors, so therefore with full lawful authority every single one of the debtors are made insolvent which means that every individual is now bankrupt and unable to hold a position of authority and any decisions they make from this time are unlawful and each of the Boards and Councils and Tribunals listed as debtors in paragraph 22 are now disbanded due to not acting in the best interest of the people and do no harm where they have gone against their own code of ethics.
- At this time Chief judge Frederick Stewart was asked to confirm if this judgement in point 24 is correct and true in law and commerce and he confirmed yes that due to no rebuttal and following due process in law that the claimant being Janine of the Royal House of Arabella and Walters has full lawful right of claim against each of the debtors and defendants to make them insolvent and to disband the councils and boards, plus step in as Statutory Manager of these insolvencies.
- The Statutory Manager confirmed by Chief Judge Frederick Stewart is now in charge of setting up new boards and councils which will uphold the individual inalienable rights that can not be taken away quoted from paragraph 8 of Immediate Summary Judgement against all the New Zealand government Crown Corporations dated 20 September 2024 where this can be found on publicnoticesnz.com of the inalienable rights of all men women, boys and girls being the right to freedom, equality and dignity, no discrimination, right to life, liberty and security, right to not be held in slavery or any form of torture or degrading treatment or punishment, right to be treated fairly, no unfair detainment, innocent until proven guilty, the right to privacy, the right to freedom of movement and residence, right to acquiring, possessing and protecting property, right to nationality, to marry and have family, to own things, freedom of thought and religion, freedom of opinion and expression, right to assemble, right to democracy, right to work, right to social security and social service, right to rest and holiday, right to education, right to participate in art and culture, right to freedom of travel around the world at same time respecting the rights and freedoms of others. This is taken from Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 and the Inalienable Rights. These rights can not be taken away, and include the right to make informed decisions around one’s own health and wellbeing, and also includes freedom of speech in mainstream media and social media with censorship being unlawful and a chargeable offence unless there is proof of a crime of violence or harm.
ADDENDUM and CORRECTION TO THE RECORD added 11 April 2024
Janine of the House of Arabella and witness Jayne of the House of Foster who sat beside her during the hearing on 8 April 2025 confirm that there had been third party interference of unlawful remote access to the computer being used and of removal of information on the court document. This was informed to all other parties present at the hearing prior to the recording. Janine had discovered about 30 minutes prior to the hearing that where the company and New Zealand business numbers had been deleted and about half the names of the debtors had been deleted in the first section of the document where all the debtors and defendants were listed. This information was corrected prior to the hearing started but there was insufficient time to check the extensive list of names were correct in the section where the debtors were all allocated an insolvency number. It was discovered that there had also been some deletions made here. Chief Judge Frederick confirms that as all debtors and defendants were listed at the commencement of the document and all the evidence was presented against each one, and that as this was an administration error that was caused by third party interference that the administration error could be corrected so that all debtors listed have an insolvency number allocated. There is also a date correction in points 21 and 22 changed from 31 March to 3 April for the correct date that documents were served on the defendants. As the Insolvency Court Hearing document has not yet been sent out to the debtors the allocation of Insolvency Numbers was able to be corrected to as follows:
All cases have been given a CRN and CIV and Insolvency number. The number for each is as follows:
Date | Time | Corporation or Individual | CIV + CRN + Insolvency
