I, :Hannah:, in my natural state, am a living woman governing my own affairs in peace, honor and integrity
As a member of a community of living men and living women in the area known as Dunedin, I have served two Affidavits of Conditional Acceptance regarding land claim to the Dunedin City Council (DCC) Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
In these two Affidavits of Conditional Acceptance the DCC CEO was asked to prove their claims of ownership and assumed administrative authority over land of substance and its resources where living men and living women in their natural state can administer that land as a claim of right not as of privilege
It is a maxim of law that the One who creates owns what He creates. In Genesis 1:1 ESV, it is written, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth”; In Genesis 1:26 ESV, God says, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth”; In Genesis 1:28 (ESV) it is written “And God blessed them; And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth”. In Psalm 115:16 ESV it is written…”but the earth He has given to the children of man
To claim the land as depicted on attached map the following correspondence was sent to and received by DCC CEO as described below
• The first Affidavit of Conditional Acceptance was received on 27th May 2023 at 9.03am, courier #SK020459467NZ, it included Annexure 1 (map of land claimed) and Annexure 2, the Trespass notice
• The second Affidavit of Conditional Acceptance was received on 19th June 2023 at 6.43am, courier #SK020459541NZ, it included Annexure 1 (map of land claimed) and Annexure 2, the Trespass notice
• A witness letter from :Lynette:, in her natural state was received on 12th July 2023 at 6.59am, courier # SK027464886NZ
• A witness letter from :Catherine:, in her natural state was received on 12th July 2023 at 6.59am, courier # SK027464872NZ
• The Notice of Default, witnessed by a JP, was received on 4th September 2023 at 6.44 am. courier # SK027465158NZ; it included the map as below shown as witnessed by a JP
• on the 24th September 2023 the Public Notice of the Notice of Default of the DCC regarding my Affidavit have been published on 3x public notice boards within the centre of the area known as Dunedin and they are included below
I, :Hannah:, in her natural state, served The Notice of Default to the DCC CEO in which I informed the DCC CEO of the default status in this land claim matter which was made apparent by the DCC CEO’s silent aquiescence. The concluding findings in the matter at hand reveal a lack of jurisdiction by a corporate entity eg the DCC over land of substance and over living men and living women in their natural state who administer land of substance and its resources as a claim of right;
An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in law and a judgment in commerce; therefore; the Trespass notice which is listed below, served on the DCC regarding the lands of substance, as specified, remains valid;

• my final letter to the DCC CEO with delivery details and presenting the link to the Public Notices NZ website so all documenation mentioned here can be viewed by any interested party including the DCC CEO
