On this 20th day of January 2026 AD, this actual and constructive, Special Notice of Establishment and Declaration of ‘Free Spirit Private Trust’ an Expressed, Irrevocable Private Trust in Fact and in Equity, “We”, Peter Radford and Sylvia Arnold, Beneficiaries Of “Ingarani Maori Incorporation” declare we are the real parties in interest, and sole and exclusive Settlors and Beneficiaries, the sole exclusive Grantees, sitting in the private jurisdiction of inherent Equity.
Rebuttable within twenty one (21) days by affidavit and lawful claim.
