The SET-OFF AND INDEMNITY BOND LW120395676NZ Bond has not been returned to the Secured Party Creditor with proper law notice of dishonour: Excerpt:“…with the stipulation that failure to return this Bond as per the terms laid out, will in the absence of duly qualified proof to the contrary, constitute tacit acceptance and honouring of all the terms, provisions, conditions, orders of this Bond with all associated transactions including registering the same under the Deed Registration Act 1908 providing Notice to ………..CFO MBIE and lodgement with Computershare New Zealand….” Therefore, unlawful acceptance of Claimant’s SET-OFF AND INDEMNITY BOND LW120395676NZ, makes all debtors liable as entities holding, trading or benefiting fraudulently and by deception for the value of the Bond which is three billion New Zealand dollars and Debtors are liable for causing Claimant further harm and loss by deception.
