The stipulation that failure to return this Bond as per terms and orders laid out, will in the absence of duly qualified proof to the contrary, constitute tacit acceptance and honouring the terms, provisions, conditions, orders of this bond including registering the same under Deed Registration Act 1908 by providing Notice to the CFO MBIE. No lawful notice of dishonour has been received. A Bond Claim Notice was sent by registered courier tracking post to honour the terms, provisions and conditions set out in the bond orders: to IAIN RENNIE Secretary and CE of NEW ZEALAND TREASURY, ADRIAN ORR and/or his replacement Governor of the RESERVE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND, CAROLYN TREMAIN Secretary and Chief Executive of MINISTRY OF BUSINESS INNOVATION AND EMPLOYMENT and a copy sent to Janine of the Royal house of Walters and Arabella as Commander and Chief and Crown, Royal Assignor, Statutory Manager over all Council and Crown Government Corporations as well as Registrar and Sheriff of the Higher Jurisdiction of the Royal Court of New Zealand. As my instructions have not been followed according to the terms, provisions, conditions and per the bond orders, then I will proceed with commercial liens on each individual and each corporation unit of debtors to the value of this three billion dollar ($3,000,000,000 NZD) SET-OFF AND INDEMNITY BOND also including but not limited to the BANK OF INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENTS, the PUBLIC TRUST, the WAITANGI TRUST BOARD and all recipients of this bond.
