Court Sentence Hearing of Sanjai Raj in His Full Private and Commercial Capacity
Today on 6th day of December at 1pm We had a court sentencing hearing before Almighty God with three witnesses for Sanjai Raj who is the Registrar for the Personal Properties Securities Register where all commercial liens are stored and on Friday 29 November and Monday 2 December he removed 103 Commercial liens that I Janine had placed with full lawful rights. This court hearing and all its content have been entered into the public records. Court recording commenced at approximately 1.05pm on 6 December 2024.
From the word of Holy Word of God it states in Matthew Chapter 18 v20 “A matter shall be established by two or three witnesses.” The three witnesses attending agreed to act in this capacity and gave their first names as Karl, Fred and Beverley-Jane.
The scriptures also say in John chapter 1 verse one that in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God, so today we have the word of God before us as the judge in this matter before us for sentencing.
It has already been established that Sanjai Raj is guilty of these crimes, today is for his sentencing. We will first have read out the summary judgement already in place, which is below this notice. On the public notice board dated 3 December 2024 Notice of Full Liability and Summary Judgement of Sanjai Raj as Individual in Private as well as Registrar of Personal Properties Securities Register and all Associated Corporations. It is included on the public record that Sanjai Raj has attempted to cause loss by deception which is a crime involving deceit under s.240(1) Crimes Act 1961. This is a criminal and imprisonable offence on top of the commercial charges already in place. It is also noted that the date chosen to remove all financial statements was the day before the commercial lien against the Prime Minister Christpher Luxon reaches the 90 days which makes this a criminal offence, therefore you have actively participated and aiding and abetting this crime. In his role as Registrar he is also subject to the 1961 Criminal Justice Act drawing particular attention to sections 98,100, 105F, 219, 240, 242 and 116 Conspiring to defeat justice ‘Every one is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years who conspires to obstruct, prevent, pervert, or defeat the course of justice in New Zealand or the course of justice in an overseas jurisdiction.’ There is a charge of harm on behalf of every man, woman boy and girl living in New Zealand for trying to steal and cause loss by deception of their rightful claims. The current population is 5,338,000 approximately with a seven year charge for each one. The sections mentioned of the criminal Justice 1961 Act are to be considered entered into the public record in full.

Then we established what the commercial charge of liability is against Sanjai Raj and the corporations he represents. The full commercial charge owing that Sanjai Raj is liable for on 6th day of December 2024 is $378,542,532,214,348.00 in writing being three hundred and seventy-eight trillion, five hundred and thirty-two million, two hundred and fourteen thousand, three hundred and forty eight dollars as individual in his full private capacity plus representing all Crown and Council Corporations and their successor and parent corporations with penalties continuing to be added until paid out in full. Attached is two documents with the breakdown from all financial statements that showed how this figure was reached.

Then we looked at the impact on the victims affected by the removal of these commercial liens. Due to time constraints had limited capacity to do this, but sufficient evidence entered that every man, woman, boy and girl affected by his removal of these liens, as charges of harm were put in place on behalf of all men, women, boys and girls in this land that have been harmed by the corporations.

As the commercial liens are still live they are still valid lawful claims.
Janine also showed evidence on that same link that all the assets of the crown corporations and council corporations have been seized and held in Janine and the People’s Irrevocable Trust where all the people are the beneficiaries with right of claim. Then we called upon Almighty God to bring his judgement and have the witnesses to confirm and agree to the judgement and sentencing before this court today

Galatians Chapter 7 verse 7,8 7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.

Sanjai Raj was given until Monday 9 December 1pm to place back up all 103 Financial statements or face full responsibility for all his actions with commercial, criminal and spiritual implications as outlined.
