My Affidavit of Status and Truth was sent by signature required courier to Caralee McLiesh CEO NZ Treasury, Kiri Allen Minister of Justice New Zealand, Dame Cindy Kiro the Governor General of NZ and David Parker the Attorney General of New Zealand representing the Crown Corporations. Two were received on 15 April 2023 and two were received on 17 April. They each had 30 days to challenge and rebut the Affidavit point by point. The 30 day reply period ended on 17 May 2023. I, Janine confirm that no replies were received; my 3 witnesses also confirm no rebuttals were received from any of the four individuals and the Affidavit remains unrebutted. An unrebutted Affidavit stands as truth in commerce and Judgement in Law according to the 10 maxims of Law in commerce. I hold the original copy and can present the unrebutted affidavit if proof is needed. I confirm that I hold proof that Caralee McLiesh received and removed out of my trust fund security bonds that I am the sole and rightful heir two amounts – one for one billion dollars and the other for three billion dollars and I now am the Secured Party Creditor and have a Security Agreement and Hold Harmless Indemnity agreement in place for these amounts and if I am ever detained with false charges honest mistakes or harmed in any manner by any crown corporation they are required to pay out immediately the full amount.
