That on the 19th day of July 2024 the bill of $6,623,204,293.75NZ was due for payment to me the claimant Janine from the Summary judgement on the Admiralty Statement of Claim, where this bill was presented to Nicola Willis Minister of Finance to pay out to the Claimant. ASB BANK shut down trading for the day and Vittoria Shortt and others on behalf of ASB BANK actually stole six billion, six hundred and twenty-three million, two hundred and four thousand, two hundred and ninety-three dollars and seventy five cents ($6,623,204,293.75NZ). That written on the bottom of the bill ledger that was cashed and stolen from the claimant and principal on 19 July 2024 was the following exact quotation “ in the event of non-payment and non-honouring of this Bill Of Exchange the claimant Janine has full lawful right to liquidate or take over ASB BANK and ASB HOLDINGS and seize all their assets plus cancel all mortgages plus lawful right to liquidate or take over any other listed debtor corporation or their parent or successor corporations and add ten percent accruing penalty interest per week and seize any of their assets until this debt is paid out in full”.
With weekly accruing interest and other penalties applied from 19 July 2024 the debt rose to $228,766,608,675,698.00 on 17th day of December 2024 being the last day for payment.
ASB BANK company jointly with Vittoria Shortt and Christopher Luxon on 18th of December 2024 with New Zealand business number 9429039435743 was declared insolvent due to non-payment of its debts with final day for payment being 17th day of December 2024 where the Crown of Her Majesty Queen Janine assumes Creditor’s Rights has affirmed in the Royal Court of New Zealand for the restoration of God’s Kingdom here on earth within the realms of the United Kingdom of New Zealand that no payment was received where evidence gathered shows that corporations are unlawfully selling off their assets since they were placed in Janine and the People’s Irrevocable Trust the day the corporation became insolvent on 19 July 2024 and has formally requested for this corporation and its chief executive officer to be liquidated due to non-payment with public gazetting occurring on 9 December 2024 on publicnoticesnz.com plus formally notifying the corporation. By law this corporation business is required to cease to operate from 18th day of December 2024. If it is found that they have continued to practise from that date then any income or funds or payments or sales or transfer of property and assets that has occurred since this corporation was first declared insolvent being 19 July 2024 are to be seized and sent to the Royal Assignor who will determine who is the true owner. The court has appointed Janine of the House of Walters as the official assignor to whom the directors and officers of ASB BANK corporation jointly with Vittoria Shortt and Christopher Luxon must provide a full report with statement of financial affairs and full list of assets and liabilities. The Chief Executive Officer Vittoria Shortt now has ten working days from 18 December 2024 to submit a report back to the Assignor showing every register public and private and crown and admiralty plus any overseas register plus any other register that contains information regarding the corporation’s financial operations with personal and criminal liability for not providing this information.
THIS Summary Judgement is issued pursuant to Section 289 and 239 of the Companies Act 1993 of failure to pay the outstanding debt due and owing in due course a charge over the whole of the assets, liabilities and rights in the Crown of Her Majesty Queen Janine assumes Creditor’s Rights has affirmed in the Royal Court of New Zealand for the restoration of God’s Kingdom here on earth within the realms of the United Kingdom of New Zealand assents to the place of Royal Assignor and Royal Assignee in the Crown of Her Majesty Queen Janine of the Royal House of Walters to administrate the liquidation of the Corporation named above.
