NOTICE OF LAW CHANGES in NEW ZEALAND

This is a self-executing order
I, Frederick of the Royal House of Stewart was appointed into the role of Attorney General and Governor General on 17th day of January 2025 in the Royal Court of New Zealand as the Statutory Manager with full lawful authority to take over these Offices to make decisions, create, amend and delete laws in New Zealand and my first actions are to address any legislation acts or bills that contain fraud or deceit or harm towards living men and woman or harm that is caused to anything that is needed to sustain life on Earth. On the 18th day of April 2025 Helen Winkleman was stepped down and I was appointed into the role of Supreme Justice.
John Ryan was stood down on 11th day of April 2025 due to failure to carry out orders of stopping harm where Janine of the Royal House of Arabella was appointed into the positions of Auditor General and Controller as well as positions of Minister of Justice, Sheriff, Registrar, Statutory Manager and Royal Assignor of all positions vacated by the Chief executive officers of all councils and crown corporations and ministers with some of these roles being Office of Ministry of Resource Management Act Reform and Conservation and Environment and Aquaculture, Ministry of Health and is Commander and Chief of all the New Zealand Crown Corporations as well as Health New Zealand.
Decree Orders of Attorney General and Governor General and Auditor General and Supreme Justice
on 10th day of June 2025
Already established: The Crown is not the King or Queen of England but a corporation, so all New Zealand legislation where it says ‘this act binds the crown’ only applies to the crown government corporation and it’s employees. It does not apply to living men and women or their offspring. Genesis Chapter one verse 27 states “so God created man and woman in his own image, the image of God he created them, male and female he created them.” God made men and women and men and women made corporations and other organisation structures. A corp-oration (dead man speaking) can never have control over a man or woman. Living men, women and their offspring are now free from any legislation that only binds the crown corporation, with all agents and officers of the Crown corporations ordered to stand down of enforcing fraudulent laws onto the people.
Decree 8: Genesis Chapter One verse one says that in the beginning God created the Heavens and Earth. No man can own land, only be caretakers of the land and have lawful right of occupation. Verse 10 And God called the dry land earth and the gathering together of the waters he called seas and God saw that it was good. All men and women and their offspring have rights to occupy land to gain sustenance of life without interference of others.
Decree 9 Due to the serious amount of harm that is happening to men, women, boys, girls and all lands on Earth with full lawful rights on the 13th day of June 2025 all Crown Law is now deleted and now made null and void and fully rescinded and replaced with the word of God from the original text and King James Bible Version under the Jurisdiction of Almighty God where a constitution has been formed for the protection of all men, women, boys and girls with the three main values for all to live under – Love our Creator God and love our neighbour as ourself and do no harm found in the scriptures Matthew chapter 22 verses 37-40 and Romans chapter 13 verse 10.That from 22 April 2025 Crown-Fred and Crown-Janine put the country NZ into state of emergency under Jurisdiction of God where Fred and Janine are sitting as trustees over the assets to protect men and women and the land from further harm. That no further crown law or acts can be made unless they have our written signed authorisation and we make it clear that we do not and will not approve any Crown laws or Acts, as men and women have the right to choose how they live as long as they do no harm to others.
Decree 10 That a constitution has been put in place for the next year giving people time to see what is it like to live equally under God and values of love and do no harm where all funding and decisions come from local community where local communities run themselves where local communities appoint their own leaders who will act in the best interests of all and if they don’t they can be removed. Local communities need to establish a committee to establish the practical outworking of ensuring all services remain in place for the benefit of the people
Decree 10 That the crown corporate government is insolvent including and not limited to: District Courts, High Courts, Family Courts, MINISTRY OF JUSTICE, HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND, THE QUEEN’S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND, THE SOVEREIGN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE, MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE, RESERVE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND, INLAND REVENUE, INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT, LOCAL GOVERNMENT NEW ZEALAND, NEW ZEALAND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUNDING AGENCY, NEW ZEALAND TREASURY, NEW ZEALAND DEBT MANAGEMENT, NEW ZEALAND POLICE, HEALTH NEW ZEALAND, MINISTRY OF HEALTH, All Councils, All Ministry’s, National Party, Act, New Zealand First, Labour, Greens and these political corporations are also now dissolved having no authority over living men and women and every member of these political parties disbanded.
Decree 11 That the Crown of England authority has already been removed from the land/sea/air commonly known as New Zealand colony, and has no right of claim upon the land or mankind living here.
Decree 13 That Crown Janine and myself being Crown-Frederick are sitting in positions above the crown corporations where once the Jurisdiction was changed back under God Almighty on 19th day of September 2024 that Crown-Janine with full lawful rights removed the Jurisdiction of the Crown, and World Health Organisation, World Economic Forum, Federal Reserve Bank, Vatican and any other entities making claim over the land and/or man or his soul. United Nations jurisdiction was removed on 19th day of July 2024 by crown-Janine where men and women living on this land and the communities they live in are now in charge.
Decree 14: That Waitangi National Trust was made insolvent on 10th day January 2025 where all the assets which include every single unit trust for every inhabitant of earth was transferred into Janine and the People’s Irrevocable Trust where the trustees are Crown-Fred and Crown-Janine and are the only lawful administrators, so anyone accessing these without our written and signed authorisation is committing criminal chargeable offenses, where we are the only ones who have lawful right of access, where once these funds are released we have the intent of distributing funds to every single inhabitant being every man, woman, boy and girl and Earth.
Decree 15 This is the year of Jubilee where cancel every debt placed over each country and every city and every town and over every man, woman, boy and girl on earth, where the debt remains over the corporations and the officers and ministers and board members and leaders of the corporations and trusts that have done harm. That debt only gets released over liable individuals of harm once personal ownership and accountability for one’s actions with a restorative justice path to remedy actions of harm so that lessons are learned.
