Re case file number FAM-2022-012-000377/378 mother Anna v father Kipa
Two sons of mother and father being Taika Alexander and Gabriel Kahu
We have on the Record the following facts:
- that the Anna Smythe mother of the two boys and ex-partner of Kipa has said to Kipa ‘you were supposed to die at the time of the shooting’; and
- that the police who attended the shooting in 2015 intentionally delayed medical attention for approximately 90 minutes on the day of the shooting; and
- that Anna on 12th of September 2025 came into the home of Kipa and breached the 2022 protection order and the warrant; and
- that the police broke into the home and removed the two boys Taika and Gabriel from the home of their father Kipa against their own wishes and without the permission or authorisation of the father Kipa and were kidnapped by the police in conjunction with the mother Anna in breach of the protection order issued in 2022 for Kipa King and his two sons; and
- that the police breached the warrant by forcing entry into the home and removing these two boys; and
- that the private trust attorneys went into chambers and have evidence that the court is hiding the 2022 protection order; and
- That there was no substance or probable cause to remove the boys from the care of their father Kipa and the officers of the court and the police are causing harm to the boys by keeping them from seeing their father plus have placed them in an environment with known safety issues; and
- That there is no proven evidence of any safety or abuse or neglect of Kipa towards his sons to justify the removal of the two boys from the care of their father Kipa; and
- That the Dunedin Family Court was made insolvent in a court of law and are operating outside of the law which removes all private immunity, and that the Royal Court of New Zealand holds the highest jurisdiction; and
- That the New Zealand Police were also made insolvent in a court of law and no longer hold authority where officers can be charged for committing crimes of harm such as human trafficking, slavery and causing loss or harm by deceit; and
- That the police have come on at least six occasions to the home of Kipa using threats and intimidation to attempt serve a 2025 protection order in favour of the mother that has no substance and can not override the 2022 protection order already in place; and
- That the officers of the court and the police are using fraudulent joinder of the man Kipa with the legal fiction corporate name where no agreement or contract has been formed with the father Kipa which makes the agreements null and void; and
- That committing crimes of harm also removes all private immunity and all officers, lawyers, registrars, police officers and judges are now fully liable criminally and commercially for his or her own actions; and
- That the officers of the court as well as officers involved in the removal of these boys from the care of their father Kipa are aware of the attempted murder and are complicit with the most heinous crime of murder.
