INSOLVENCY NOTICE

 ASB BANK was made insolvent on 18th day of December 2024 due to non-payment of debt. They have continued to trading recklessly and unlawfully and have not disclosed this debt to their customers or investors or reported this debt in their annual financial records. Once a banking corporation is insolvent and a Statutory Manager appointed the corporation is required by law to provide all financial operational records to them. This has not occurred. The Statutory Manager appointed is Janine of the House of Walters. The Statutory Manager holds the lawful right to inform the public and investors and customers. All collections on mortgages and interest on mortgages and loans have been unlawful since this time. Any mortgagee sales have been unlawful since this time, and all involved parties have committed the crimes of fraud and grand larceny/theft.

Here are the facts that have now been exposed that all mortgages are fraudulent:

  1. a) That ASB BANK and its officers create a loan document but it was never signed by both parties which makes the contract null and void; and
  2. b) That ASB BANK and its officers and representatives created funds that did not exist prior to the client placing their wet ink signature on the loan agreement and committed fraud and did not lend anything of substance; and
  3. c) That ASB BANK and its agents and representatives do not inform clients exactly what property they take security over to obtain the mortgage where full disclosure is required for an agreement to be lawful and if full disclosure not provided the agreement becomes null and void; and
  4. d) That ASB BANK and its agents and representatives sold on the loan document with the client’s wet ink signature onto to other party(s) without the consent or knowledge of the client which also makes the agreement null and void; and
  5. e) That ASB BANK and its agents and representatives received payment in full at the time the loan(s) were granted, and therefore there was never any money owing and all charges from that time are fraudulent.
