Held as Bare Trust under the DAMIAN GERARD TRUST, a private foreign express trust.

Trustee (Public Record):
Minister of Finance, acting in fiduciary capacity under estoppel.

Purpose:
To hold and preserve all equitable and legal interests in the estate known as “DAMIAN GERARD MCDONALD,” including associated securities and trust assets.

Notice:
