Royal Court Insolvency Summary Hearing Dated 31 March 2025

This court hearing in the Royal Court of New Zealand under the jurisdiction of Almighty God and all its content have been entered into the public records. Court recording commenced at 4.25pm on the thirty-first day of March in the year of 2025.

From the word of Holy Word of God it states in Matthew Chapter 18 v16 and 20  “A matter shall be established by two or three witnesses.” The three witnesses attending agreed to act in this capacity and gave their first names as Karl, Fred and Beverley-Jane.

On the 18^th of December 2024 all of the New Zealand council corporations were declared insolvent due to non payment of their debts and the following Crown corporations were also declared insolvent due to non payment of their debt- HIGH COURT OF NEW ZEALAND and MINISTRY OF JUSTICE and HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND and THE SOVEREIGN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE and THE QUEEN’S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND and RESERVE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND and NEW ZEALAND DEBT MANAGEMENT and INLAND REVENUE and INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT and NEW ZEALAND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUNDING AGENCY and LOCAL GOVERNMENT NEW ZEALAND and NEW ZEALAND TREASURY and MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE and MINISTRY OF HEALTH and HEALTH NEW ZEALAND and NEW ZEALAND POLICE. As a result of non payment of debt the crown state owned enterprises corporations and their shareholdings were taken over on the third of January in the year of 2025 by the Royal assignor Janine of the House of Walters, where the chief executive officers and administrators of the corporations were informed on the same day of the hearing that they must provide a full report with statement of financial affairs and full list of assets and liabilities. The Chief Executive Officers had ten working days from 3 January 2025 to submit a report back to the Royal Assignor showing every register public and private and crown and admiralty plus any overseas register plus any other register that contains information regarding the corporation’s financial operations with personal and criminal liability for not providing this information, where the final date to supply this information was 4pm on the seventeenth day of January 2025, with failure leading to personal liability and insolvency of the chief executive officers at 4pm that same day.

I, Janine Commander and chief and Royal Crown confirm that no financial operations were received from any of the chief executive officers where the CEOS of the majority of corporations were made insolvent on the seventeenth day of January 2025. In a recording error the CEO insolvencies were left off the insolvency hearing list on 17 January 2025 of the following corporations KORDIA GROUP, LANDCORP FARMING, METEOROLOGICAL SERVICE OF NEW ZEALAND, NEW ZEALAND POST, QUOTABLE VALUE, TRANSPOWER NEW ZEALAND, CROWN ASSET MANAGEMENT,

KIWI GROUP CAPITAL, GENESIS ENERGY, MERCURY NEW ZEALAND, MERIDIAN ENERGY, CHRISTCHURCH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, DUNEDIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, HAWKE’S BAY AIRPORT, KIWIRAIL and KIWIRAIL HOLDINGS and NEW ZEALAND RAILWAY and their chief executive officers have remained operating since that day, so today on 31 March this was corrected. The total amount of debt owing that each of the chief officers are liable for is two hundred and forty-two quadrillion, seven hundred and seventy-one trillion, eight hundred and forty-four billion, eight hundred and ninety-six million, four hundred and eighty-five thousand dollars in numbers $242,771,844,896,485,000.00, where it is clear than none of them are in the position to pay.

In process of discovery it has been identified that NEW ZEALAND CENTRAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY LIMITED company (644859) with Nzbn 9429038619670 and 100% shareholder of RESERVE BANK and as such is fully liable for the debt of the Reserve Bank and requires to be made insolvent, which also occurs today.

There are four other individuals who are made insolvent today. The first three are the CEOs of the three corporations made insolvent on 17 February 2025 due to non payment of their debts with the corporations being STUFF, NZME and Horizons Regional Council.

The last individual is Steipo (Steven) Jurkovich from Kiwibank, who was sent an Affidavit and notice dated 7 January and received on 8 January 2025 from the Insolvency Statutory Manager informing him that Kiwigroup Capital was bankrupt with the official court insolvency documents accompanying the affidavit, where he had 6 days to rebut the affidavit in full regarding Kiwibank corporation now being liable to pay the outstanding debt of two hundred and forty-two quadrillion, seven hundred and seventy-one trillion, eight hundred and forty-four billion, eight hundred and ninety-six million, four hundred and eighty-five thousand dollars in numbers $242,771,844,896,485,000.00. He was also held to account for participating in making men and women debt slaves through loans made with fraud and deceit, where nothing of substance was loaned, and money created by the wet ink signatures of the man or woman signing the loan agreement that did not exist prior, and the bank does not get a representative to sign the loan document, where signatures are required from the lender and the borrower for an agreement to become valid, making all mortgage loan documents fraudulent and all loan agreements null and void. Steven (Steipo) Jurkovich did not rebut the affidavit and was then sent a notice of acceptance dated 20 January 2025 and received 29 January 2025 that the content of the Affidavit dated 7 January was accepted in full of the debt owed by Kiwibank where he was also required by law to meet the Statutory Manager being Janine of the Royal House of Walters to provide the full financial operations of the business. The Statutory Manager Janine of the Royal House of Walters is also the majority shareholder in the bank. He was sent a formal notice of meeting to occur with him and all the directors at 9am on 10^th day of February 2025 at the Kiwibank head office in Auckland, where he and all the directors were expected to attend and provide the full financial operational records. The statutory manager turned up at the set meeting time where two security guards were there to greet her as she entered the building asking if she was ‘Janine’ and informed her that they would not be attending the meeting and that she was to leave where both guards made it clear that she would be physically removed from the building if she did not leave immediately. The security guards refused to provide their names but video and photos were taken and the insolvency documents and notice orders and notices formally served on the guards prior to leaving. Steven Jurkovich is clearly in dishonour and now personally holds liability towards the debt. He has been sent at least four requests to meet with Janine and declined each time, so has had more than sufficient opportunity to step into honour and chosen not to. So now, with full force of the law due to the high level of liability Steipo (Steven) Jurkovich is made insolvent and no longer able to hold a position of authority, where the Statutory Manager holds the authority to hold this position until someone suitable found to fill it, and Kiwibank due to the massive debt owed against it is taken over and is now owned by Janine and the People’s Irrevocable Trust on behalf of all the people living in this land where all have a right of claim unless they have done harm.

I, Janine Commander and chief and Royal Crown confirm that no payment has been made and no financial operational records provided from any of the CEOs or corporations. As a result each of the CEOs and leading officers have been made insolvent on the thirty-first day of March in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-five, where the names and insolvency numbers are read out aloud and entered into the record that each of the following individuals were liquidated.

It is also noted here that Janine of the House of Walters won Immediate Summary Judgement in the High Court on 19 July 2024 against all the crown corporations at the commencement of this hearing plus Western Bay of Plenty District Council and BOP LASS and ASB bank and the associated chief executive officers. These documents were served to the minister of Finance Nicola Willis in the Beehive In Wellington where Crown-Janine was supposed to receive a large payment on behalf of all New Zealanders into a Kiwibank account that she holds in trust that same day on 19 July 2024 from the debtor corporations including ASB Bank of four sums totaling the amount of being seven trillion, nine hundred and thirty-one billion, six hundred and seventy-four million, one hundred and eight thousand, three hundred and three dollars and forty-nine cents in numerical value $7,8931,674,108,303.49. Both ASB Bank and Kiwibank were shut down operating that day and were the only two banks that were shut for a full work day stating in the media that it was a Microsoft glitch, where all the banks use Microsoft and it was only these two banks down. Steven Jurkovich was in charge at this time and a full enquiry will now be launched with full forensic analysis of what happened that day and if it is discovered that Kiwibank took funds and robbed not only Janine but every man, woman, boy and girl in New Zealand that criminal charges will be laid on every individual that participated in wide scale fraud, where the bank will be fully shut down unless this is paid back in full.

CEO stands for Chief Executive Officer, CE stands for chief executive or the head noted as holding responsibility and liability for that corporation.

Crown-Janine UFN stands for Crown-Janine steps in until further notice as Royal Assignor and Statutory manager

The names of the officers are entered as they are recorded on the websites of each corporation. It is also considered that if his/her legal name is different that the legal name has also been entered into the record. If the corporation or companies’ website have not updated who the current chief executive officer or minister is, then it is considered that the appointment of his/her office is still taken over by the Royal assignor.

All cases have been given a CRN and CIV number. The number for each is as follows:

The time of completing the reading of the insolvencies is entered into the record as 4.35pm on thirty-first day of March 2025 being the lawful declared time of insolvency.

All of the individuals have been made insolvent today due to not complying and providing the financial records of corporation they represent which is a criminal offence and are therefore personally liable for the outstanding debt against the corporation. They are no longer able to hold any positions of authority and officially stood down as Chief executive officer or any other role EO  and are to send the official bankruptcy forms back to the assignor at the address provided within ten normal business days of receipt, where non compliance will lead to personal properties and assets being seized.

THIS Summary Judgement is issued pursuant to Section 289 and 239 of the Companies Act 1993 of failure to pay the outstanding debt due and owing in due course a charge over the whole of the assets, liabilities and rights in the Crown of Her Majesty Queen Janine assumes Creditor’s Rights has affirmed in the Royal Court of New Zealand for the restoration of God’s Kingdom here on earth within the realms of the United Kingdom of New Zealand assents to the place of Royal Assignor and Royal Assignee in the Crown of Her Majesty Queen Janine of the Royal House of Walters to administrate the liquidation any corporation or individual where there is commercial liability and unpaid debts.
